It deserved a photo, my apologies to you the readers and the Milkshake Wasted crew, but there was no way I could wait to take a photo of this amazing funnel cake. We had to dig in immediately. There are usually 7 or 8 trucks to choose from and often include foods such as Maine lobster rolls, burgers, Mexican or other Latin cuisine, Hawaiian, ice cream, and/or shaved ice. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available. I recommend parking towards Walgreens or even walking if you live nearby!

It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season.
