Great smoke flavor, good bark, and tender as you please! I had the fatty brisket. In hindsight, I should've gotten half fatty and half lean but I'm not knocking them for that. The baked beans are great! 4.5 out of five stars. The sauce is a bit thick for my taste, but that's just a personal preference. I walked in, and the clerk behind the counter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I looked for the flavor board, and it wasn't on the wall but was replaced by a cardboard sitting near a sofa. I had to guess what I liked based on past experiences rather than a helpful employee offering suggestions. He didn't seem to know the products at all, and after filling my bottle forgot to put a label on it. Another employee, a woman seemed to know a little more, and checked me out along with accesories I needed. They forgot to ask if I was military even, I guess that discount is gone? The store felt very unwelcome, and I just wanted to get my gear and leave. The old staff that was there was always so great, and on top of recommendations etc., and I am not sure if they left or not. I am going to try other stores that have opened up next time.

They didn't have the pods, he said "you can buy them anywhere" OK, we tell him we will go to another shop and try to buy the pods for that vape. Those pods were not sold at two other vape shops that we attempted to buy them from, so this vape is obviously a no go for me... We go return to return the item(s) and the guy we JUST bought it from said "we don't do returns EVER" keep in mind we LITERALLY JUST LEFT, so he calls the "owner " I say owner and quotes because I'm using that term very loosely... His owner comes in chopping on a sandwich and CLEARLY stoned out of his mind... Now, I don't care about what people do in their free time, or even at work, to be clear... I get that you work at a smoke shop, but we're in Cheyenne Wyoming, where pot isn't even legal! LOL! This guy was really laughing at us and blowing us off completely! Telling us there wasn't anything he could do for us to make a long story short... Couldn't exchange a $50 UNOPENED item when we just spent $250? And tipped 15% I'm so confused! I went to Smokey Monkey to get some tubes to get me by until my mail order arrives (I stopped…read morebuying tobacco at Smokey Monkey because it was usually stale - think crisp rice cereal). You can't go into the store because of COVID-19, so I accepted the box of tubes the clerk handed me. It was a little bent on the end but it didn't look too bad. When I got home I discovered that about 1/2 or 2/3 of the tubes were deformed. Some are salvageable, some are not, but I didn't feel like walking all the way back up there with no idea of what I would get the second time. Guess I'll have to make sure I order enough tubes online to carry me over until the next month.

Educate your employees on how to identify fake IDs better or invest in an ID scanner. There's no reason I should have to get in a yelling match with your ignorant employees because they refuse to give me back my ID. If you want to say it's fake and ask me to leave the store that's fine but to go as far and try and keep my ID when I am offering to have the police come and educate you is ridiculous.
