I went in to purchase some hemp flower pre rolls. The girl behind the desk was helpful and chipper but didn't know the product very well which is ok. What I'm upset about it when I got home, I poured the pre roll out because I do not need a whole joint to get the effect I need. When I poured it out, I noticed its smelled nothing like hemp and also looked nothing like hemp. After further research and discussions with hemp growers, I am more than 90% sure it was synthetic weed. Very unhappy that this is labeled hemp. It's a lie. As someone that struggles with anxiety and uses hemp to cope. This was not ok. I will be sending the remaining product to be tested to know for sure. This plays rips customers off by selling low grade products that are subject to break in 24 hours. Upon returning the product your told "its a cheap product that was not meant to last.We can fix it by selling you the same product again at half off!" They wanted more money for something they just told me did not work and was cheap and I should have been told at point of sale",I said" Your right said the manager, but we won't take it back or replace because it is cheap." Exact words. Male manager with Superman shirt,Beta male tried to act tough. Walked away like a girl. frustrated cause he could not rip off more from me.Don't go,protect your money. Up n Smoke scammed my friend and I. We have come here a number of times and they are always very nice and helpful. I went in 2 days ago and was going to buy the Suorin vape. The girl working told me everyone says they aren't very good and convinced me to buy the iCare solo. I purchased this product and a salt nicotine juice to go with it. she filled it for me in the store and set it up and it hit once and was ok but as i proceeded to hit it when i left the store it was very strong and hurt to hit. later that night i realized this was not the product for me. the juice spit into my mouth when i drew from the vape and the juice squirt into my eye from the device!! um ow. anyways i called and kelsey said they would be happy to switch it out and she would talk to the manager. we go in and the girl who sold them to us originally said there was nothing they could do. she hit it and did not enjoy it at all and said "i'm not used to the i care" but had a giant box mod in her hand.... very disappointed now i'm stuck with a vape that does not work at all. read more
