So glad we chose this store when our low oil light came on!…read more Driving through Billings on our way to Utah from North Dakota around 7pm on a weekday, we looked on a map for the nearest auto parts store and opted to try our luck at this Napa. We thought we simply had a oil situation because our car was overdue for an oil change and was possibly burning oil. We arrived at Napa just at closing time and the manager, Dan, was not only willing to stay open to help us, but he was incredibly patient, thorough and helpful. He helped choose the right oil for our vehicle, since my daughter and I had no idea what her car was supposed to take :-). He did not try to rush us or make us feel like we were encroaching on his time, which was also kind (even though I knew they probably wanted to get home for supper). One of the female employees, I believe her name was Denise (?) was also very friendly, and chatting with my daughter while I paid for the oil, she discovered that our oil filter was also bad, hence the oil issue. We went back in and paid for a filter, they helped us add oil, attach the new filter and make sure everything was up and running properly before we drove away. And all that with a smile and incredibly friendly attitude. These folks were our saving grace, catching that oil leak and thereby preventing what could've been a disastrous situation. Dan, you run a professional shop; it's no wonder you retain friendly and loyal employees. As you are obviously pleasure to work for, kind and a great GM. Keep up the great work folks & be blessed. The little things make a big difference!

The smokestack came, and I was called immediately! I went over, and Scott Galles, the owner, helped…read moreme install it. He cut it to my specific length, expanded the one end so it would fit over the existing pipe, and supplied me with a few tools that I didn't have. When I ordered the stack, I was told by the salesman that the band that I need to attach the new to the old was included. It wasn't, but they had what I needed in stock, and Scott gave me a big discount on it since I was told wrong in the first place. I am very pleased with their service, and although I will probably never be back, It is because I will probably never have exhaust problems in Billings again. If, by some chance, I do, Galles will be my first stop!

He was absolutely excellent. Worked with me on my trade in and getting a vehicle I was excited about at a fair price. The most important thing to me when buying a car is working with someone who is not trying to take advantage of you and overly pushy. If you go here, ask for Cody, he is excellent and will treat you fairly. Full disclosure: can't speak on service or other salesmen because I have no experiences in that department

Which already seemed excessive but I assumed they knew what they were doing. Wrong. I just had my oil changed at home and asked them to check the battery (nearly 12 months later on a car that's not even 4 years old) and they said it was no where near needing to be replaced. When I called to ask them why there was a huge discrepancy, and why my oil change cost less than 1/2 ($60) what they'd been charging me the last 2 years; I was belittled and condescended by Brady and Kendall who clearly have no professionalism or respect for their customers. I've called Subaru's American office and sent an email to their boss. I have a friend from Billings who drove an outback that said these guys were a bunch of con artists. I assumed he was being an alarmist, but he's absolutely right. Stay away and go to someone who is more than capable of changing the oil for less. These guys are a bunch of clowns and should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure they're not because they get to keep taking advantage of grandma and grandpa.
