Rockwell Center is a high-end mixed-use area in Makati City, Philippines. Comprising of mostly residential towers with the mall in the middle of it all, which they named the "Power Plant Mall" a fitting name since this 10 hectare development used to be a thermal power plant until 1994. Also residing in the neighbourhood is the headquarters for Nestle Philippines, The Phinma Plaza, and the newly opened 8 Rockwell Tower, which was ceremoniously opened during a Yelp Elite Event. Yay!
