While it's still relatively new and empty, I enjoy strolling through Estancia Mall at Capital Commons because of its lack of people, and the selection of stores that have opened. I appreciate the stand-alone Burt's Bees store (connected to Beauty Bar of course), and the fact that they have a Cafe Mediterranean branch here - still one of my favorite places to go for Greek food in Manila. But what I really want to know is, who is the artist who made the sculptures and installations? People are quite quick to pass through the mall without noticing details like that, but I was especially taken by the big metal cocoon-like structure that you pass through on the ground floor, and the delicate wrought-iron chandeliers that greet you. If you're an Ortigas yuppie or resident, Estancia at Capital Commons is Ortigas's answer to Rockwell and definitely worth the visit.

Since the place is still relatively new and there are only a few establishments that are already operational, crowd is still a handful and strolling inside is such a breeze. You can still enjoy the air conditioning especially in these very hot and humid times. The atmosphere inside is very light and pleasant possibly brought about by the lighting. Actually, also considering its modern industrial design, it feels more like strolling in a museum than in a mall. Abstract art installations are really fun to look at and refreshing to the eyes. I also like the fact that some restaurants that are originally found in BGC decided to open a branch here. Now I don't have to go all the way there just to try them out. So if you're up for a peaceful stroll and a little food trip afterwards, this place can be worth the visit.

This is the Mall for me. The Best in my eye. I find thing I like here. SAfe, clean and great flow. Customer service in majority of the shops and restaurants is top notch friendly plus professional.

for me almost no interesting on shopping there but restaurants yes. Security including casual wear guards seems very good and safe there. You can enjoy jog around the mall.

The place feels intimate compared to the massive malls everywhere else--more curated, less chaotic. I wandered through the high-end shops (that tourbillon watch boutique is insane), grabbed an amazing flat white at Yardstick, then had the best kinilaw and sisig at Toyo Eatery upstairs. The whole vibe is relaxed yet polished, and the Christmas lights this year are stunning without being over-the-top. Felt like a nice treat after a long week. Definitely five stars for me.

It even has a Roman Catholic chapel called the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I was interested in visiting this venue because, as the name suggests, this structure was once (literally) a power plant. After the power plant was decommissioned, the structure and land were reimagined. It should be seen as part of a master planned development. It also caters to some adjacent, legacy, high-end communities. This location provided an opportunity for me to people watch; examine products and brands unfamiliar to me; and to price compare goods in the PHL, versus back home. And there seems to be more "exclusive" retailers I didn't see at other shopping centers in Makati.

When Central Square Mall was open for watching movies, my girlfriend and I decided to go watch a movie on a whim. When we got there, we got surprised that the cost of a ticket is almost double the cost of a standard one elsewhere - only to find out it's because of the 4D experience they offer (and super comfy lazy boy seating). We pretended to wait for our friends to confirm before purchasing tickets, because they were really out of our budget at the time (and we weren't going to waste 4D on a comedy film). I also hear that you can get your food delivered to you while you're inside the movie theater! Central Square has some pretty good restaurants on the top floor, especially Va Bene and Mad Mark's. My personal favorite snack, Jamaican Patties, has a kiosk present, which makes me very happy. There's also a small Family Mart on the top floor, which has a few tables and chairs for patrons to eat before or after watching the movie. The stores available here are pretty standard and also pretty high end. I'd still rather shop around the stores along High Street, mainly because of the price and the availability. Regardless, they have a variety of stores that will cater to your every (luxury) need.

It was very convenient to the I'M hotel where I stayed for 3 days after my flight got canceled. I didn't like the strong smell of sewage that can be smelled from the first floor however inside the mall. That was pretty gross and my nose was sensitive to the smell. Everything opened around 11AM and a couple stores are in the works to be opened. Inside the mall, it felt clean and modern and the elevator has a pretty handy poster of where each store is and what floor something is at. The mall reaches to up 5 floors and there's a rooftop lounge too. You can't see the view outside the building openly, but there are cool spots to go to for the vibes. Elevator wait was long because a couple of elevators were out of order. Checked out the Coco cafe at the first floor and the bakery. Vendors in the middle of the mall too. Did an escape room. Plenty of activities and restaurants to do and eat at in the mall.

Parking can be found here, but I don't suggest you drive in Manila as traffic can be mentally exhausting. If you have a driver, he will know exactly where to park at SM. The Store is filled with everything you need for yourself, your home, your family, friends, pets. SM is growing with products it's unbelievable! Products are either locally made items to luxury brands from all around the world. From perfumes, cologne, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions. It was a little hard for me to sample something then move on to the next fragrance counter as there is so much to see all around the mall. What was most important is that the Foreign Exchange Counter was found on the Men's Floor of the department store. It was operated by BDO Bank and they offered a very competitive exchange rate. Also In the basement of the mall, you'll find SM Supermarket. They will have all your household items, snacks, food items, anything you forgot to pack for your trip such as toiletries. I honestly can't remember which floor it was, but there is a wing that connects you from SM to Glorietta Mall. It's the floor where one of the coffee shops were located either 2F or 3F.
