I ordered the Hawaiian Fried Chicken Chunks, along with a side of Mac Salad and Cole Slaw. The chicken chunks were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with a delightful Hawaiian-inspired marinade that gave them a tropical kick. The Mac Salad was creamy, with just the right amount of tang, and had a satisfying, homemade feel. The Cole Slaw was crisp and refreshing, though it was a bit on the plain side compared to the other dishes. What really stood out was the generous portion size--it's hard to believe such a hearty feast is only $19.00. I was so pleased with the amount of food; I enjoyed half yesterday and saved the rest for today, and both times I left feeling fully satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I'll definitely be returning to try more from JoJo's food truck!

It was a little…read moreconfusing at first because they had an order and pickup window but next to the order window they had a flyer with a QR code to take you to their cash app online ordering page. It wasn't until I picked up my order that I realized I could have just walked up and placed the order in person but it's no big deal either way. Just a little confusing why they have an online ordering and an in person ordering system at the same time. I ordered their loaded fries. They were definitely loaded but I've had comparable portions for $5-10 cheaper elsewhere. Their loaded fries for $18 included a burger patty, cheese, bacon, grilled onions and their special sauce. It was good but very salty. I honestly can't say if I'll try them again. While I didn't mind their loaded fries, they were kinda pricey vs other restaurants and too salty for my taste.

That's coming from someone who does not hand that title out lightly. I ordered all three tacos, chicken, carnitas, and brisket, plus the three meat plate with ribs, carnitas, and brisket. Every bite was delicious. The sauces were amazing, and the beans were so good I ended up using them as a dip once I ran out of BBQ sauce. Portion sizes were generous too, I left completely stuffed. If I had to pick a favorite, the chicken tacos take the top spot. The only thing that didn't blow me away was the mac and cheese. If you like your mac extra cheesy, you'll probably love it. I just prefer more noodle to cheese ratio, so it wasn't for me. I didn't get a chance to try the smash burgers since I was way too full, but I watched other people order them and they looked incredible. That alone is enough to bring me back. Still can't believe a food truck out-BBQ'd everything I've had back home. Can't wait to come back and try those burgers.

Even if you buy a pre made sandwich, its not soggy or stale, which is why I usually hate pre made sandwiches. Seriously, TRY them out! They also have vegetarian options as well. Our very first visit to Cluck n Cone leaned on 3 stars for me but their efforts to make it up to us…read moreare the reason for my 4 star review. It's nearly a 45 minute drive for us so I don't know if we would come out of our way to hurry back soon but we appreciated their apologies and efforts to rectify our situation. We came in 10 minutes after they opened and there was another party waiting for their order. I didn't think it would take that long since they just opened and they were probably already working on the other table's orders, so we decided to dine in before heading home for my son's nap. Fast forward 25 minutes, the other table got their order and I saw that part of ours was ready. I asked to have whatever was ready because our son was getting antsy. They apologized for the wait and said they were having issues with the waffle maker and mac and cheese wasn't ready (but there was mac and cheese in my husband's order so I'm not sure why they just didn't make both at once?). Anyway, while we waited I tried my husband's BBQ Dream cone and shared the curly fries with my son. The chicken was tender and the waffle itself was good with a hint of sweetness, you can tell it was made in house. Fast forward another 10 minutes, another person who ordered after me had gotten his order and even finished eating it, ha. Just my luck that the one order for me, the 9 month pregnant lady, was the only one not ready! The owner (I assume she's the owner) apologized again to us and said she would send us home with something. I wasn't sure what that meant but she did give us a card for a free cone next time. She brought out a bowl of mac and cheese because I guess that was the only thing that was ready so that's what I had to eat for lunch. I wanted to just cancel my order because we needed to get home but she said they would pack it to go for us. In the end, I did get my Mac and Cheese cone to go, after finishing my bowl of mac and cheese and waiting another 15 minutes (50 minutes after we ordered if anyone's keeping track). The guy who brought it out wrapped it up nicely in plastic wrap and also apologized to us. When I opened up my Mac and Cheese cone at home I realized it was all mixed up. This one had onion strings, which was supposed to be on the bbq cone we ate in store. This also should have had shredded cheese but that was on the bbq cone too. I was thinking maybe I mixed them up but the one we ate in store did have bbq sauce and the pickles, so the ingredients were just all mixed up on both.. Not the best experience but I was glad they recognized their shortcomings and apologized many times. I know they recently opened within the last couple months so I totally get they're working things out. There wasn't a long line of orders so I think they just need a better system to get their cones out efficiently and/or multitask on multiple cones at once if they have similar ingredients. I would also recommend they revamp their menu since it's a bit small to read and could benefit from color or photos to stand out. I still wish them the best and hope they can figure things out.
