However, recently I had an issue with them that made me feel they just don't want me as a client. They set up an appointment with me and said they had what I needed. The appointment was not a convenient time and I had to move things around. But I did so and I arrived for my 12:30 appointment. At 12:27 they called me to tell me they couldn't do, what they said they could do. They were unapologetic and rude as heck. I wasted my entire day. They only seem to want billionaires as clients. Good luck with that.

I made an appointment and was primarily helped by Melissa and eventually received additional help from the two managers, Jose and Kat. We were there about three hours. How could they have been more helpful? NOT POSSIBLE! These folks were amazing. Not only were they very knowledgeable, they were also professional and friendly at the same time. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was, and my problem was fully taken care of. THANK YOU to the entire team.

The staff are pleasant and patient, and they manage working the drive thru as well as in-branch customers seamlessly. In regards to the public lot, if you are coming from the Norwood area and on East street, make sure you take a left before getting to the light/intersection. There is a side street across from Double D's Deli & Market (insert laughter here) which will take you right into the public lot. If you go to the intersection, you have to wait there, take a left, go to the next light and take another left to get on a street that will bring you to the lot. Super inconvenient so just look for Double D's and take a left.

Every time I go to the Bank Of America In Medway there are great people who quickly and expertly assist me. My one drawback? I don't live in Medway and the location is in a strip mall that is not the easiest to get to. I would respectfully suggest that they move to Mills. Into the old location where Middlesex Savings Bank was. This location is right off Route 109 and doesn't have a 1/4th of the traffic and congestion of the Medway location.

Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.
