I also have problems with the online banking and they are not a member of the NCUA or MCUA. The closes branch is 3 towns away. I used to go to St. Anne's when I needed an atm, but now it says that I will be assessed a $3.00 fee. I went inside of St. Annes and they looked at my Brighthouse card and said that BrightBridge is not a member of the NCUA or MCUA and it is possible that I may be assessed a fee. I plan to get my things together and change banks.

This week I had a need for a home equipment issue and Josh in the East Sandwich branch helped me through it with his knowledge and experience. He took the time to guide me through the complete process, out in touch with the right people and we had our issue resolved quickly and professionally. Josh had to take a day away from the office but made sure Lauren knew what needed to be done. She called me the next morning to let me know everything was in place and again, we resolved my issues. Also there is no coin machine here (in case you couldn't tell by the lack of other amenities that TD Banks normally have). This is like the Dunkin Donuts Express version of a bank. You can get some of what you want, but you definitely can't it all. Great hours and good management saved you a crappy review.

Went to use it at a store and it didn't work. So I went to the bank this a.m. to try to activate it again. Didn't work so I went inside. They printed me up a new card. Still didn't work. While at work I got a call from an unknown number. It was Harbor One Plymouth (Heather) calling to tell me that my card was ready. My only complaint with Harbor one is there isn't one close to where I live.
