The rate that Pam gave me for my new car was less than what I was paying for my old car with my other agent!! I couldn't believe it. She also explained to me everything that she was adding on and told me what I do and do not need. My other agent didn't explain anything to me and I had no idea that I was paying for things that did not apply to me. Pam is very quick when it comes to responding to emails. I have only spoken with Pam and Caroline in the office and both are amazing, but I imagine everyone else is just as nice. Pam also got my brother a good rate on his insurance and has been there for everything he needs. Pam, thank you very much for helping us get the best rate possible!

Being bombarded with insurance commercials on a daily basis through tv, radio and internet choosing an insurance company may seem a little daunting. I can tell you from first hand experience that Amica's "customer care" Geico's "low rate" and Nationwide's "on your side" policy has nothing on O'Donoghue Insurance. Jeannie took the time to get to know me as a person so when I do have to call her about a question or for a more serious matter I feel as though I am calling a trusted friend or family member. She is wealth of knowledge and I wouldn't insure my car/home anywhere else!
