I used to go to St. Anne's when I needed an atm, but now it says that I will be assessed a $3.00 fee. I went inside of St. Annes and they looked at my Brighthouse card and said that BrightBridge is not a member of the NCUA or MCUA and it is possible that I may be assessed a fee. I plan to get my things together and change banks.

All of the half dozen calls I made to the call center with questions about direct deposit, debit card use, etc. were answered by professional and helpful associates. ALL of them! I've transferred from a bank I've been with for over 30 years. In contrast, BrightBridge transactions clear faster, no minimum balances, I now get something that resembles actual interest on savings PLUS cash back for purchases and no fee ATM withdrawals. I was penalized by my former bank (hence the reason to leave them) by not having enough money on deposit to waive ATM fees for example AND received a terse and impersonal form letter on top of it. I understand all institutions have good days and bad however my experience with BrightBridge Credit Union so far has been nothing short of excellent and above my expectations!

Went to use it at a store and it didn't work. So I went to the bank this a.m. to try to activate it again. Didn't work so I went inside. They printed me up a new card. Still didn't work. While at work I got a call from an unknown number. It was Harbor One Plymouth (Heather) calling to tell me that my card was ready. My only complaint with Harbor one is there isn't one close to where I live.
