Kevin was incredibly helpful walking me through the process with both my personal and business taxes last year. With the onset of Covid he also offered to help me navigate paying my 2020 taxes in increments throughout the year so I would be able to spread out my payments more evenly. Today was my first visit with Manny since my tax prep gentleman retired. I was more than pleased…read more Manny took time to speak with me on the phone about a problem I was having even though I was a pending client. I was used to waiting minimum 2 hours to get my taxes done. Not here! I was greeted by friendly people and was sitting down with Manny in about 5 minutes. My whole visit took I believe less than an hour. Not only did Manny "do my taxes" he gave me information and advice for the future which will be so helpful. I did not feel rushed and when I walked out I knew I had found the perfect "tax guy" - CPA! He even encouraged me to call during the year if I had questions. I cannot change the city Yelp has me living in but I live in Raynham, Ma so Taunton was a quick trip. Although irrelevant the office is lovely. If you are looking for a pleasant, competent CPA, MANNY SHOULD BECOME YOUR GUY! You won't be disappointed! Roberta Wilson

We have even had to reach out during the offseason several years back for a tax related issue that came up and Tammy provided exceptional service and guided us through the entire situation. It's nice knowing you have a tax professional to contact when you need help. The past two years we have started dropping off our taxes for Tammy which just works better with our busy schedule, and we have had no issues. We are also never in a rush either, as we understand this is their busiest time of year. We will continue to return as we certainly feel as though we are in good hands here.

Rude, disrespectful and just plain out awful. My experience:…read more Dropped my taxes off over a week ago with the thought it would be easier for them. WRONG! I call them over a week later to get an update on our taxes and they tell me they are extremely busy and that they would have some call me back, that call never happed so I call them back an hour later, they tell me again how busy they are. I tell the receptionist that I will be down to pick up my paperwork and go elsewhere if they haven't done them yet. I arrive 10 mins later and they hadn't even looked at them yet. I then ask the receptionist for an explaination on why my taxes haven't been looked at in over a week and she once again says: We are extremely busy (yet not a single person other than the 3 employees are there). I told her that answer is unacceptable because the only thing I'm hearing is that you are "too busy to do my taxes". She tells me: I'm not going to argue with you. I tell her that I'm not here to argue with you or anyone else and may I see a manager because I'm only asking a question that any other customer paying you $259.00 would ask. She points me to the manager and I ask her the same question and she replied: We are busy and because you dropped your taxes off, our clients taxes come first. WAIT! WHAT? I am hiring you to do my taxes, doesn't that make me a client too? She said, yes, you're a client, So I asked her: What am I missing here? She said, I'm not talking to you. Whoa! then her mother came over (they are a family operation). and said she would do them since she did them last year (only took 4 days last year). I asked her how long will they take, she said sometime next week. at that point I took them to Jackson-Hewitt at the nearby Walmart and had them done within a half hour and saved $80.00.in fee's compared to what I paid HR Block last year. Never have I felt helpless, insulted and treated like (literally) crap by a business. Never again!

I am far from having a perfect driving record so Deb hooked me up with insurance that provides accident forgiveness, meaning if you get into an accident or get a traffic violation your insurance premium will not go up. This has been a blessing for me. I have gotten quotes from numerous other insurance company's, and they have all been $800-$1000 more a year. Saving money is not the only reason I choose to stay with Deb. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to provide amazing customer service that you will not find anywhere else. I originally lived in Middleboro, but have since moved numerous times all over Massachusetts, and continue to use Deb as an insurance agent. Needless to say, Deb is a fantastic Insurance Agent and I will be a loyal customer until I lose my license for reckless driving ... LOL!!!

Recently she took a half hour to explain some complicated (and upsetting) things about real estate that was only tangentially related to mom's insurance when mom and I had just dropped in without an appointment. I've never had an insurance agent before, always done it all online, but after working with Claudia, I found myself wishing I didn't live over an hour away. You're in good hands with Claudia.
