We bought a car towards the end of a work day, had to get insurance paperwork signed off before we could visit the RMV for registration that same night. We called to say we were on our way and someone stayed a little bit after closing hours to get our paperwork completed that night so we could register and drive our new car home that night. We've moved closer to Boston since our days in Bridgewater but those in the industry (auto insurance appraisers, etc) apparently hold them in high regard and have mentioned nothing but positive things. We've changed cars and shopped for better coverage with them. They are awesome at getting back to emails and helping with coverage questions and the claims process. Their knowledge and service is a great value.

I was frustrated and I know it showed on my face but all of the employees somehow kept me calm and were super professional. Just a side note, even if my paperwork wasn't excepted and the outcome wasn't favorable for me , I understand it was in no way the employees fault, they did everything they could to try and make it happen.

This is the laziest, most dishonest company in the world. Asking them to find you the cheapest…read morepolicy is like pulling teeth. Every year my insurance went up despite no accidents or infractions and when I asked them to shop the policy for a cheaper option all I got was, "it's an industry thing, prices go up." The attitude I got for asking them to find a cheaper company was off the charts. This summer I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Did they help in anyway? No. I handled everything with the insurance company myself. What is the point in having an insurance agent if they do literally nothing? The icing on the cake was asking them if they could combine my auto insurance, my wife's auto insurance, and our renters insurance and being told there would be a large penalty for cancelling current policies and it would cost us more. We just switched to another insurance company. Not only was their no penalty for cancelling our current policies, but she found added coverage that Rogers Gray added that we never asked for (sump pump and back up water coverage... we're on town water). Our new agent combined our policies (with better coverage), and our monthly payments went from $316 to $195 a month. Avoid this company like the plague. They are lazy, dishonest, and incompetent.

My son's prior insurance agent, given to us through an agency buy out, absolutely made a mess of…read morehis insurance. The agent changed the carrier without asking and after we requested the same coverage as was on his prior car, the agent omitted rental coverage and waiver of deductible. To make a long story short, his car was hit when another crossed a double yellow line. Neither the agent nor the insurance company gave any help. We switched all of our coverage over to Margaret Grassi insurance. Matt was incredibly helpful during the switch over, but above and beyond, he has been helping my son work through the accident which occurred while with a different agent and carrier. Talk about wonderful service. Highly recommend!
