I gave my address and never heard back, so I moved on to another company. Today, 10 days after they never responded after I gave my address, while in the middle of a meeting, I hear a bang outside and my dog freaks out. I go outside to find two men with a ladder against the front of my house and climbing to the roof! I had no idea they were coming and they were fully on their way to climbing up my house without my permission! The problem wasn't even on the roof, so I have no idea what they would have done once they got up there. When I messaged the company to say I didn't appreciate them coming unannounced and unscheduled, I was told it was my fault for not specifying that I expected a call before they showed up! Wild. Do NOT send this company your address--even for an estimate--or else they may randomly show up to your house and climb up on your roof unannounced and they will go up there whether you are home or not. Then if it bothers you they will blame YOU!

I have found Marcy the owner is to be straightforward and honest, and though she can be a bit brusque at times, as she is in the Philadelphia roofing business I can understand. Their pricing is reasonable for quality of work. No roofer is cheap and if you apparently find one, don't trust them. We have a complicated roofscape (skylights, large AC unit mounts and penetrations, and major crickets required to clear drainage obstructions) and some leaking problems that predate our ownership. Castelli, and particularly their foreman Jimmy, have been generous in attending to drainage problems that may or may not have been a result of their work. I appreciate their work and the efforts made to help us negotiate our finicky roof.

I made the right choice in choosing my home renovations with Pro Innovations Contractors. The…read moremanager Williams Ramos was onsite almost everyday ensuring his pros accomplished quality work on time. My renovations included kitchen remodel( cabinets & counter), flooring work and whole interior painting cielings/wall including all doors and some exterior. His company also powerwashed the entire outside siding, driveway, porch and cleared gutters. Because of the previous tenant leaving so much clutter before renovations could start, his company additionally hauled away so work could begin on time. Furthermore this company doesnt take short cuts. They made several trips to get the proper matching siding needed for some damaged panels. Even though it took several days..they wanted to make sure it was perfect. My neighbors reported that the company worked morning until late evenings on several occasions. Extraordinary effort! He was patient when I was undecisive about paint color, and ensured my instructions were followed regarding work in the basement. I was not there, but he was my central coordination person between other contractors and my realestate agent. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Innovations Contractors to my neighbors or anyone on Yelp looking for quality professional level work at very reasonable prices. I hope my review helps you make the right decision going with this company. I have attached pictures supporting my review.

Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.
