My limited experience here has been okay-- the healthcare professional I had a telemedicine appointment with was clinical during her intake, not empathetic, but I didn't need a listening ear so it was fine. I missed my second appointment because they don't send you a text or email with a link to join-- after calling the office, I confirmed you use the original link from your first appointment-- except I don't remember being told that and every other doctor I've been to sends you a link for each telemedicine appointment. The admin assistant was furthermore rude when I explained my confusion with this system. There also is no way to you directly call or message your doctor - you need to leave a message with the front desk. For these two latter reasons (especially the rude staff), I would recommend going elsewhere.

This is definitely not a place if you truly need help and need a referral for better help. Doesn't pull punches he knew stuff about me just by the way I acted. When I read a letter he had written for me I'm like how the hell did he know this and that? He's good BTW it'snot Nova anymore cuz they were committing MassHealth and Medicaid fraud
