Overall, I had a great experience and they met most of my recovery needs. No, they do not offer all of the amenities mentioned on their website or brochure, but "They're working on it." They really were a great group of people and the patients were even more awesome. God bless, the Tech's and staff of the front lines. The road to recovery is no easy process. I stayed 18 days and all in all, though chaotic at times, this place has a special place in my heart. They are BRAND new, so be patient and trust the process, they truly are working on getting everything up and running. Do NOT go to RCI in Falmouth as your next steps. You will be sorely disappointed. The experience with the billing department has been very difficult. My child had continuous health insurance coverage during her stay, but it did switch to COBRA because she turned 26 and could no longer be on my plan. I got multiple calls inquiring about coverage and there was a threat to release my child my child early. Now, here we are in May. Still getting bills. Still finding errors in the insurance claims that were submitted. I'm constantly on the phone to resolve this issues, all while my daughter is trying to get back on her feet. If Bedrock cared about patients, they would put more care into the administrative side of things and not cause all this additional stress on patients and families. read more

The quality of care at Bedrock Recovery centers is far from above average their team of clinicians , nurses , psychiatric nurses, case managers, after care coordinators, MAT coordinators , group facilitators and Behavioral technicians are amazing! They are there because they truly care about the patient. They are not in it just for a paycheck. There are many activities to do at bedrock including Pound Unplugged, Trauma informed yoga , sound bowl healing , kitchen therapy, art class, music therapy, along with a movie theater, a basketball court, barbecues in the summer, special guest speakers monthly, commitments, all along with one on one therapy sessions, bedrock recovery centers covers it all using all pathways to Recovery, including AA/NA ,Certified Smart Recovery facilitators , Dharma recovery , Refugee recovery Celebrate Recovery and more . Please do not send you or your loved ones here. They put me on a medication for detox which I told them I was allergic to and would no work and I went into delerium tremens. I insisted to the nurse practitioners on duty this was not the right treatment for me. No one listened and said that's the way it goes. Only when I started seeing things that weren't there and begged to speak to the doctor did they give me the proper medication after I spend 2 days in hell there. You are locked in like a psych ward and if you would like to leave to seek treatment elsewhere at a qualified facility it takes hours of them trying to convince you to stay. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. You are better off at the hospital than here I am also gay and the other patients called me horrible names and said they were going to beat me up when the cameras weren't looking. Please send your loved ones elsewhere for help. read more

They lie to get you there and the staff (caseworkers) lack any compassion. They don't treat you with dignity or respect of follow through with help or the things that they said they were going to do if you don't do what they want you to do which is stay. You are unable to get in touch with anyone in a managerial position. The only person that you can reach are the intake staff or the recruiters. There is so much I could say about this place. Make sure you do your research and ask a ton of questions. But even if you do ask questions they lie about their services and you won't find out until it is too late and your are checked in not getting what was promised. BEWARE. read more

I do not recommend this facility. You can never get in touch with anyone in management and they are the only ones who are able to make any decisions or changes to your plan. I am writing as a family member. I was contacted as the emergency contact person for my brother. The clinician wanted to set up a family meeting to discuss his continuation with residential treatment after detox. I was told the meeting was with her and the residential director, Cameron. This was scheduled on his third day of detox. He called and he was still on detox protocols, feeling okay but did not sound like himself, as I would expect. He told me there were 6 people in the room. The meeting was people listening in on his call to me. He became very defensive and agitated when the clinician interjected commentary about residential treatment. He didn't want to have a conversation with me with 6 people he didn't know! He ended the call and I was left quite upset and unsettled. I was not contacted by the clinician after the meeting and I have been trying to reach out to Bedrock for 2 days now without a call back. I have tried Clinical and Nursing in the Detox unit and it goes to a general mailbox. There is also a mailbox for reception. The practices that I have witnessed are deceptive and rude. I'm concerned for my brother's health and safety as I write. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for qualified addiction treatment for your loved one. read more

this place is awful, do not go here. first they put me in a room with someone who had covid, they then told me i had to isolate in a room for 3 days, when i asked about going outside to get fresh air or explained that the reason i was there was for groups, they did NOT give me an option they told me i had to leave, at this point i am crying thinking they are going to take me home, they told me they are going to bring me to hospital and hospital will give me a cab voucher (the women at the hospital looked at me like i was crazy because they dont do this) they left me stranded with no money no way home and a dead phone 2 hours from where i live. this company does not care about you they care about your money.
