So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

Last time they told him he needed a new oil pan. Then they said it would be $400 to replace it! WYF?! Nice try scumbag! I've worked on cars for 30 years. Oil pans don't just "go." I was doing my brakes for the first time since they did them about a year and a half ago. The slide pins had ZERO grease on them. Any mechanic knows that's the sign of a hack. After I finished them, I decided to look at dad's oil pan. Just what I thought....they over tightened the drain plug and stripped it out. I contacted the manager- who was very nice. He said he'd talk to the owner and see what's up. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still no word. I just ordered the pan and gasket. I'll also have to replace the brand new oil they put in because it leaked out all over the garage floor. If you're older, or a female who might not know a lot about cars- stay away! They'll screw you over and instead of manning up and admitting they made a mistake they'll lie and just tell you something needs replacing. Both my parents just passed away- so now with everything else I have to do, I have to deal with this. It's not a big job, but I have 1 day off a month and I have to spend it fixing these hacks mistake. I'm posting this here because they never posted the review I tried to post on their google page.

After being unable to say what the problem was besides the system "not communicating" and trying to blame the car, and of course charging for the sticker, my husband had to bring the car to a dealer. The verdict? Car is fine, passed inspection, had to pay another thirty bucks to the dealer. My advice, skip this place. If they can't handle inspection stickers, you don't want them doing anything under your hood.

I keep going back and the same mechanic, Tony, always gives us expert service at fair prices. Last week I asked him to check out the car we will drive on vacation. He discovered that my rear shock spring had broken in 3 places. I hate to think what might have happened if Tony hadn't found that. Outstanding shop!
