Rip OFF!!! I had spent over $2,000.00 on various installations and upgrades to my new jeep. The mechanic stripped a screw during an installation of a lift kit that should have cost $265.00 but cost me $500! I paid no issues, upon returning i was told they'd install the fix at N/A it took 30 minutes MAX. Then they said u owe $60... WTF? U said N/C, you caused the problem, you over charged me, and I spent all that money prior. What an absolute terrible mistake and deplorable customer service situation. When my car was in for inspection they claimed I had an exhaust leak. My exhaust had a slight rumble but more quiet than many new trucks and sports cars. After finding nothing myself, I returned and demanded an inspection sticker and that's when they put my car on a lift and showed me multiple needle size holes in my exhaust. I refused to replace the exhaust on an '05. They charged me $65 to make useless/microscopic welds to bring the grand total to $100 to pass inspection. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! read more

We had two different issues with our car in one week. Both times the technicians here took care of our car on the same day we went in and were very fair on the pricing. I will also mention they did not "over" diagnosis the problems. Instead they provided what was necessary to get us going again. Excellent service. read more

Dishonest owner. I came in to get my tire checked out because there seemed to be a leak. I pumped the tire pressure the day before and the light went on so I brought it here to have them check it out. I dropped it off to go to work and the owner told me he'll call me to get permission to remove the tires to further investigate. He never called and when I went in after work he told me he didn't find any holes or nails but he removed the tires to seal them up. I'm wondering seal what up if there's no punctures? I just paid $45 to get my car back but felt really cheated because it didn't seem right for him to take out my tires without my permission. I've always been on top of maintenance for my car and had it done through the dealership.Now my car shakes when it goes over 65 mph and o have to pay for it to get my tires rebalanced. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Took my car to get looked at, and they looked at my brakes. Now my brakes are broken and don't work. Naturally it was after they quoted me $500 for new brakes. The place is shady, and caused a huge problem so they could get money from me. No way. Never going back. read more

I was hearing loud noises coming from my car, so I decided to take it to the service station that had worked on my car in the past. The mechanic put my car up on the lift and checked it over. He told me that the problem was serious and it would be quite costly. I contacted my daughter to explain the situation. She suggested that I get another opinion. Being from the Newburyport area, I decided to take it to the Sunoco station on Storey Avenue. I spoke to a very nice man named George. He put my car on the lift and showed me exactly where the noise was coming from. George said he could do the repairs on Monday morning. Since it was already late in the day on Friday, I agreed that Monday morning would be perfect. He assured me that my car was perfectly safe to drive. The cost would be reasonable and it would not be that time consuming. When he quoted me the price, I was shocked to hear that it was so much less then the price I was given at the first station. I was so grateful for his honesty and looking around I was amazed to see the amount of business that they had. My car is running beautifully and it's a great comfort to know that if I need any service to my car in the future. I know exactly where to go. Thank you George. Forever customer. read more

Amazing place!! Thats the best place where you should get insepction sticker, oil change, brakes or anything. This guy called rami checked my tire pressure outside and then gave me a great deal and changed my tires for a very fair price. Do not trust this place!! I was coming here for oil changes, especially after speaking to the owner joe and knowing he was middle eastern like myself. I was a loyal customer even though I do not live in the area until yesterday when my 12 year old' iPhone was stolen from the back seat. we left it in there because I didn't think anything of it and sure enough they stole it. What made me even more disgusted with this place is that the owner didn't care or show any empathy as my child was balling her eyes out. The guy who worked on my car was acting so suspicious and immediately left in his car, he didn't care to come speak to me or explain anything. Very shady place that I would never trust again! Shame on you for stealing your customers belongings!!! especially when the item is in the back seat, you shouldn't even be snooping around people's vehicles! please be sure to remove all belongings from car if you do decide to go here for service. read more
