In the process hurt my foot ended up with a swollen toe and the side of my foot bruised. I informed the cashier and he laughed and said yes that happens and went to clean it up but i already had. I informed the company with an email just to let them know about this situation and was informed they would let the district manager know of the situation and would be reached out to. It has now been three weeks and haven't gotten and email or phone call and am very disappointed in this. No apology or anything from the store.

They told me no, and when I asked if the gas station had a camera they told me no. But I'm sure every gas station you go to is equipped with cameras. So I decided to get in touch with someone from their store and I had asked them if they have any cameras at this pacific location and they told me yes. So I told them that I had called and one of their employee told me they didn't have any. Really suspicious. Then they also told me that someone will check into the surveillance camera on the day I was there pumping gas and would get back to me in a 48-72 hours. I said okay. A week goes by nobody has gotten in touch with me. So I decided to reach out again and they told me the same thing that they'll escalate it to management and someone will get in touch with me within 3-5 business days. I said okay. Another week goes by no one still hasn't reach out to me and now I'm getting very upset. So I called and reach out to someone again and ask them what's taking so long for someone to contact me because now its been almost a month since someone gotten in touch with me. So I asked if I should go there in person and as soon as I said that they got back to me right away. So they were reviewing the camera and once they got to the date I was there. They claim there were no footage of me from the time I was there but there was a clip from an hour after I was there. Very fishy!! And also said they only have motion sensor and that the camera didn't show the last pump I was at. So after all this. I don't think I'll ever bring my business here or to any bjs wholesale store after this experience. I don't want make a huge deal even though I was sad because my whole life was pretty much in that wallet.

Prices are slightly higher then other grocery stores on most things, but I never have to wait in line and the quality is fresh. They always have plenty of coverage. Here it is, the next day, and 2pm rolls around and I haven't heard from the pharmacy, so I call. The man who answers the phone told me that they were having issues with my insurance. I replied that I already told the person yesterday I was paying out of pocket. He tells me the cost was going to be $320. I replied that I was already quoted $129. He goes quiet. . . . He tells me that he doesn't know how they got that price, and maybe I should go on Goodrx and find a pharmacy that will have a better price. . . . . This whole experience was a complete letdown.
