A few weeks ago, I was heading to get my niece from school. I started my car because it was…read more20something degrees outside. I went back in the house to grab my sons and nephew (ages 5years, 2years, and 1year old) to load them into the car. Out of habit, I locked the house behind me, with 3 little boys in tow, only to come to the horrific realization that my car had automatically locked after I'd started it- my house key along with it. Panic set it and I ended up calling 911. They suggested I call a wrecker service since that particular department couldnt unlock doors without breaking a window. Being ignorant and never having locked my keys in my car I hadn't thought to do that first. Through tears of frustration and fear for the kids who were getting colder by the minute, I found and called N6. The dispatch lady was incredibly kind. She said she would have come to sit with me if her own children weren't napping. Just the mention of that gesture put some pep in my frozen step. The fact that she even thought to do something made it less stressful for me. I wish I remembered her name so I could personally thank her. She told me her husband would be to my home shortly to unlock my car, and just like that everything was fine again. Except for the embarrassment of locking myself out, and having cried my makeup down my face of course. I wish I remembered the man's name who came and unlocked it so I could thank him personally as well. He did say to bring my car to his shop to have the keypad on the outside of the door programmed so this wouldn't happen again. Anyways, if you made it through this long review, I hope it helped someone and I hope it shows what a great business this truly is. Small town folks helping small town folks, no judgment, just kindness. I hope whoever reads this only locks their keys in their car on a nice 65 degree day.

One star is being generous. I called Onstar/Buick Roadside…read moreAssistance at 6:15am. This "company" texted right away asking a couple questions which I responded to. ETA was 6:45-7:15am. They were not there. At 10:20am, I texted asking for an updated ETA. Andre responded that he had a flat tire would be there within the hour. An hour later I got a text from Roadside that the driver was on way. I sent a text with info regarding how to find the house that my car is at as the GPS is always wrong. Another hour later, I get a text that Andre is en route. By 2pm still no driver. I called Roadside again who reached out to the driver and Andre told them that he had a flat tire and was 30 minutes away. By 3:30pm still no Andre. And I called roadside AGAIN to get my claim reassigned since we were now going on 8 hours pasted the original ETA. Within 15 minutes of getting of the phone with roadside to have my claim reassigned Andre shows up right before the other tow company. I was told by the other company that Andre was attempting to load my vehicle onto his trailer. So another not so nice call to Roadside, roadside reassigns the claim to this "company" just for Andre to screw around for the next 2, almost 3 hours trying to diagnose and "fix this issues", say i was out of gas and all this other stuff. Ultimately leaving becuase he could not get my non-running vehicle loaded onto his truck/trailer. I just got back from vacation the previous night, with less tham 2 hours of sleep before trying to start the process of getting a TOW TRUCK in hopes that I could get my vehicle to the dealership before they opened at 9am, to atleast figure out whats going on before they closed until Tuesday for the holiday weekend but 12 hours later (from the time of the first call to the time he left the location of my car) and my vehicle still sits in the same exact spot!! Now I get to spend another day dealing with this PLUS trying to figure out how the hell I'm going to get to work and my child to school next week!

Apparently Andrew forgot to leave my keys with the car so it couldn't get worked on or even looked at for that matter . When I spoke to a supervisor about it they told me Andrew had any emergency with his family , sort of like the one I'm in right now with three kids full-time job and no car . No apology from them just excuses. This entire situation could have been avoided had Andrew done his job properly and left the customer's keys with the customers vehicles but he did not and now all we're getting is excuses excuses excuses . Just do your job correctly and you won't have to make excuses after the fact. We are now 5 days after the fact and my keys were just dropped off at the shop they haven't even had a chance to look at what's wrong with my car much less start the process of fixing it so if you want to be without your vehicle longer than what you actually should definitely use this company
