It's a rather small pub and they don' have a kitchen which is a pity as I love the food in the Galway Bay Brewery pubs. But they do have a variation of pies from The Pieman on the menu. I didn't try them yet but as far as I know they are very good. I like that it's a rather "cosy" pub so I'll definitely will be back.

She knew her stuff and answered the random questions easily. There is a small amount of food dishes available - pies from Pieman, Hot Pot and I think Sausage Rolls - the pies looked good. The beer selection was a large one as always... didn't notice if they had a cask tap, now that I think of it. All in all, a great night and nice bar and clientèle. One down side is that it is at the Blackrock end of DL, so a bit of a walk from the Dart Station.

One held caggage, potatoes and carrots, the other 3 delectable corned beef patties in a sea of what I think was a bechamel sauce. Scrumptious! We loved the ambience at Dalkey Duck, so many rooms or bars to choose from. Service is always excellent and lots of good craic, friendly staff and patrons.

We definitely liked the atmosphere and dekor. It was a Wednesday evening so it wasn't overly crowded but still filled with some regulars and other guests. My friend went for the Lamb Stew and I got the Beef Burger and we both weren't too excited by our food. My friend thought the stew could've been better seasoned and I found the burger a bit too dry. But nonetheless we both decided we want to come back und eat here again too. Maybe we were just unlucky or picky that day.

The food was delicious, the gravy was a particular favourite across the table, as was the chocolate brownie.
