He honestly told me the issue was beyond what he could resolve and referred me to the Apple Store for further assistance. What can I say about MY TECH WORLD, other than I should be ashamed of myself for just now writing a review? I've been doing business with Pascal since before he opened his shop, and I can't count the number of times he has helped me with computer crashes, cracked screens, broken charging ports, iPhone issues--you name it. Pascal is approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable about technology. Over the years, he has saved me a lot of money. He has never overcharged me or tried to upsell me on products or services I didn't need. He's honest and genuinely cares about his customers. That's why I continue to support his business. I wouldn't trust my electronics to anyone else!

I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... She felt confidence in Pascal. He said he could fix the issues and he did!!! Bravo to a person of integrity and mad skills! Highly recommended!

The repair guy is so reasonable, if there is something you don't like, he will 100% make it right. I found him on yelp, I'm not a personal friend, I'm your average customer.

He's incredibly dependable - every time I reach out, he gets the problem fixed quickly and knows exactly what to do, or has a plan right away. What really stands out is how honest and fair he is. One time, instead of just charging me to install extra USBs - he suggested I get a USB hub, saving me money. Most recently, when my motherboard had issues, he recommended checking my warranty first instead of jumping into a costly replacement. He even got the replacement motherboard installed the same day it arrived because I needed my computer urgently for studying. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and runs a solid, trustworthy business. I can't recommend him highly enough! Also a shout out to Negah! I had a charging issue with my iPhone and even though Simon wasn't there, his wife Negah was, and she was just as honest and helpful. Instead of charging me a lot or doing unnecessary repairs like other places might, she found it was just dirt in the port, cleaned it up, and only charged me $20.... The honesty and fairness at RepairGig is just unbeatable. I can't recommend them enough!

I hate technology and I despise having to visit a cell phone outlet so when I needed to change my…read moreSIM card with SPRINT to T-Mobile I thought it would be a good time to look into repairing my current phone or simply purchasing a new one. The current phone I purchased in Las Vegas right at the start of COVID after I lost my phone at a tradeshow. I was also roped into buying a tablet which I never use and my bill skyrocketed between making payments on the new phone as well as multiple lines, etc. It was a typical cell phone rip-off. I visited the T-Mobile on Wilshire Blvd off Third and was greeted to an empty store of sales associates looking to sell someone something. The girl who was "helping me" was intent in convincing to just purchase a new phone for another $50 per month for two years and she said I had no insurance which was strange as well. I decided to leave and see what can be done to fix what I have since two years old is not ancient and it was in disrepair physically because I neglected the device. The actual cost of a new phone with interest was like $1200 and I just don't trust these people who work in phone stores. They act like used car sales people and need to be avoided at all costs. I visited one repair shop which wanted to charge me over $400 which sounded insane so I decided to visit the DROP SMASH FIX location at 1708 Ocean Park Boulevard and I'm glad I did! I had gotten an estimate for the same work here which was roughly $270 and once a part arrived it could take two hours to repair. While the part took a couple of days, I couldn't be happier and satisfied in avoiding that hell known as T-MOBILE and the people at DROP SMASH FIX were competent, friendly and willing to help me without trying to rip me off! It was a seamless process and I'm actually shocked how well things went! My phone appears brand new with the glass replaced on both sides as well as the side button was fixed and replaced. The phone is working great and they even replaced the SIM card for me. I could not be happier and my monthly cell bill will remain the same as there was no need to purchase yet another phone. I have a SAMSUNG Note and I prefer this product to any APPLE I-phone. The phone number is 310-526-7704 and either in-person or one the phone the service is trusting and competent. The e-mail is sm@dropsmashfix.com. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new phone, stop here before making that purchase! They will treat you respect and not push you into a purchase you probably don't need unless you're one of these people who need the latest model on the market. I like the new flips, but that can wit for now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
