I am sure "elsewhere" will love your business. That is my answering service because it is a weekend. They are in California so if you'd like to voice your complaint to them just call them back :)" So don't try to save face now when you know that it was how you handled the situation in the first place that caused the problem. Just because Yelp took down the screen shot of your text message to me doesn't mean you get to back track and pretend you have good customer service when you behaved like an unprofessional hot head last month. And your offer for a free wash is obviously disingenuous because you already know I had the service completed. Consumers are smarter than that, nobody is going to read my post and then believe your response. I'm not trying to to waste anymore time on you.

She has excellent communication and is very thorough with our apartment. I like the products she cleans with. We've had others that use really intense cleaners and give me headaches and make my cat miserable but it always just smells nice and clean after Amber has been there. The entire apartment is always spotless as she has great attention to detail and systematically covers everything. We've had one deep cleaning done and will continue with those every six months per Amber's recommendation. I never feel like anything needs attention between her visits and we get to relax knowing we don't need to take time out of our work, school, and social lives for regular cleaning. She works our smart lock and alarm system just fine and locks up when finished so I never have to worry about our home on cleaning days. If you hate trying to find a cleaner you can trust as much as I do, Amber is your person! We couldn't live without her.
