It was very professional with emailed documentation that explained everything in detail, and allowed me to confirm what I wanted online. Ultimately, I decided on a new unit (AH & AC). On the installation date, they had the old unit removed, new unit installed, and up and running in 4 hours. Really great people. I recently had a power outage at the house that flipped the circuit breaker, and the unit would not start up.
