The great lady that answers the phone helped me get service immediately, the two gentlemen that came to look at the job were exceptional, and finally the installer that came the same afternoon to put the system in. I hired this company to put in a complete system - even an upgrade and they left the project with it leaking everywhere. They came multiple times to tell me that it was just a clean up and and hour later - still leaking. Called again and this time didn't even pick up the phone! Had to hire another company to finish and clean up the lousy installation. Snake oil salesmen - they will just keep offering more service time and then they just disappear. Was contacted by them to do a cleaning and service contract for $49. I agreed and the tech came. He opened up the unit and proceeded to tell me the entire thing needed to be refurbished. The he wasn't going to clean it because it was too dirt and moldy. The entire encounter with him was one big scam. I am very aware of how companies prey on the elderly. I have a maintenance contract with them and paid up front through 2025. Big mistake! I had them out because our air went out on Friday. The system is 4.5 years old. Bottom line is the tech told me we needed a complete new system for 11k. He said warranty would not cover it. Wrong on both counts! I had another company out who spent time looking for a low voltage short and they found it and fixed it. They told me that even if I needed a new system Lennox would have covered the parts. Friday Night, back from Publix; 84 Degrees What The **** we just had the AC serviced 35 days ago by the Installer, It's good to go. It's 4:58 who are we going to call. We called the installer last time and it took 36 hours and 4 fans to survive the night, And it cost $335.00 SO LETS GO TO ( GOOGLE ! ) Advanced Wind Services first on the list. WHY Because they are !!!!!!!!!! Called and was told the on call service technician would call us. LEWIS called and when he surmised our situation he had the solution immediately, he also informed us of the need for a annual maintenance contract, PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE Just DO IT $166.00 to keep and eye on your AC for 3 YEARS. Quick and very efficient. Arranged financing. Put in a whole new system in one day, removed noisy old system, cleaned the whole area after they finished. Were friendly and very, well, I think the best word is "smart". Made sensible decisions when I wasn't around. Left me with a fabulous quiet and highly efficient system. Which works! And the cost was lower - way lower- than I expected and saves me over $100/month because (unlike my old noisy system) it is highly efficient. Oh, and it all comes with a free servicing every year. And no more buying filters- they gave me a system with washable filters...I always bought the wrong size. And they gave me new duct work to rooms that needed airconditioning but didn't have it. Oh, and they cleaned all my ductwork- for free!!! And the person who comes to give the estimate has a charming way of saying "Yes, M'am." Can't beat politeness. No, I don't have shares in the company. And I don't have pictures- it's now all up in the attic, thank goodness. Who needs to see or hear air conditioning units churning away? Wish I could choose a zero star. Hired this company for a 21 pt inspection and service last Thursday. Within minutes, I was strongly encouraged to buy a new AC system. Was told I have a leak in the coils and in the compressor; lots of bacteria and possibly asbestos. Unit is 10 yrs. old. Man did not clean the tray or the line. When he left, all gauges read properly. Next day, coils froze up. He came back following day and attempted to sell me a new unit again. Tried to put freon in and it didn't register. Told me again about "leaks." Hired another company and was told there were no leaks, no bacteria or asbestos, and no need for a new unit. In fact, there was an air leak in compressor that Advanced Wind guy should have heard; I could hear it while the fan was running! That was the issue. New company fixed the straight valve, did a leak check, cleaned the line, added freon, and all is well. Do not hire Advanced Wind Services. Demanding a refund. read more

I hired this company to help me remove the fines on my AC units. The agreement was $2000.00 for the electrical part, and $2000.00 for the mini split work. They knew the main issue was to get the fines removed. They told me they pulled a permit to rewire the mini splits on my house. The work was completed, inspection was completed, fine for this part was removed, and I paid. I can not get a work order from the company. The company (Orland the worker) took pictures, so they knew what mini splits were on the house we're illegal. The other part of the work to be completed was to pull mechani permits for the mini splits. The company said the permits were pulled, the inspection was completed, work was completed, and the fines were off the house. I was on vacation, so the company called me told the work was completed and the fines were off. I paid. When I came home from vacation, the work was not completed and the next day the code enforcement man came and told me the fines were NOT OFF. I am now being pulled into court. All of the shoddy work done on the mini splits on the side of the house has to be removed. This cost me $2000.00 for the electrical work, and $ 2000.00 for the work on the mini splits. I still cannot get a work order, they are saying that the electric was more than $2000.00 and are changing everything they said. They will not send me an itemized work order for the work complete. Be ware people, this company scams the elderly, disabled senior that has no money and is now having to pay to have this work removed from my house so I can get the fines off the house and now I have damage from where they put the covers over the lines.Look at the pictures. Today they sent me a bill for the work. It's a complete lie. Had I known they were going to charge me $4000.00 for the electrical work I woul not have hired them. They ripped me off, are lying about what they were going to do. read more

Derrick was quick to come out (on a Friday) and assess our air conditioning unit ... we knew we needed a new one and he gave us a great quote and said he could have his best team do the install on Sunday. We appreciated that offer, but said to give his guys a day off and that Monday would be ok. Unfortunately, the unit like the one we had was not available at any warehouse so we ended up going with a different type unit so the crew had to come back the next day for the install (Tuesday). They arrived after their morning job and worked from 1:30 till the job was done ... about 8:00 pm! They worked nonstop, did a fantastic job, cleaned up all the debris after they were done. Derrick even stopped by the check on the job! The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that had to be done. We highly recommend Advanced Wind Services to anyone needing any of the service they provide. Along with the new unit, the price included total duct cleaning and a year's free maintenance. read more
