We are moving next week and needed to discard a couch and several other items. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very nice and thoroughly answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. He told me that they charge by how much of the truck is full after everything is loaded instead of by the hour. He gave me the price categories based on the space filled. He told me they provide a free quote on the day of the appointment to see how much needs to be hauled off, and if I accepted that amount then they would begin to load everything immediately. They were able to schedule a trash service for the following morning, which I was so grateful for them to be able to do that since I travel so much during the week. I received a text message confirming everything. I was pleasantly surprised the next morning when the three young men arrived a few minutes early of the time scheduled. Nowadays there are people who just don't show up at all. They quickly looked at what needed to be hauled off, gave me a very reasonable quote in 5 seconds that I accepted, and got to work. They packed everything into the truck super tight so that the pricing accurately reflected how much junk was being hauled away. The guys were done in less than 15 minutes of when they arrived. They were courteous and clean. I made sure to tip them afterwards. They had to work in the rain. I would use them again in a second! Thank you again, Valley!

After I heard this young mans voice, he was very polite, comfortable, and easy to talk to, with a very warm voice. Something told me, STOP looking, no need to look any farther, because of our cell phone chat. I'm glad I trusted my instinct, In today's time, where you either have to work a business shorthanded or alone, this company not only showed up, his crew was out sick and it was only the owner that showed up. His crew was out sick and it was only the owner that showed up. I was the one that was skeptical. I said to him "Son we can reschedule it would not be a problem" he said "no ma'am this is what I do" This company took my little house, bed & mattress, chestier drawer, carpets, all junk and all junk related stuff in between, (a lot) and all that was harboring bad odor, including the carpet and its raw ugly smells (Yuck) When that company left my little house, (we call the outside house the little house) the company took its nasty smelly smell with it, and now it is absolutely 100% fresh again- I was almost in tears (The Owner) 1st Helper went far and beyond to give me back my little house again- Ive added 1st Helpers to my 1st contact list from this point forward- Thank you 1st Helpers you made my work after your clean up so much more easier and I can move forward with the rest of my little house plans... Praise you and your company for all that you have done for me- PdB Decatur AL.
