Rockbox has created a very inclusive environment to people of all skill levels. When I first began, I was so grateful that they had modifications for some of the more difficult workout stations. Now with the help of a very supportive team of instructors and staff, I have been able to surpass many of my goals and continue to get stronger each and every work out. I joined Rockbox to get back in shape after spending the past year out of the gym due to COVID-19 quarantine. Rockbox helped me get back in shape in 90 days. The small classes and great staff really put me at ease to build back my stamina. I also liked the attention the instructors pay to each individual as well as the meal plans and accountability they provide to help with losing weight. I LOVE GOING TO ROCKBOX. I've taken a class with all of the instructors and each are equally challenging. Staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and the GM rocks. I also love the community. There are members that move at different paces and it's so inspiring to see people of all ages and walks of life leaving it on the bag. This place is the real deal. AMAZING staff (Chris is the man!), great workouts and a really good community overall. I lost over 20 lbs in 3 months and it was super fun. They hold you accountable via periodic weigh ins (only you see the results) and great encouragement. The trainers all know you by name which makes it awesome. They are all really good. Really nice facility and awesome workouts! You can burn a lot of calories at your own pace. The instructors are great motivators that help keep the energy high and help you keep going. They provide all the equipment you need but you are allowed to use your own boxing gloves and such if you own them. Rockbox has been a one of a kid experience for me. The workouts we do in there are some that I've never done before and I really helped me challenge myself to be better. Physically and mentally. Rockbox is unlike any other gym experience I have had. The accountability doesn't end at the door. You'll get text messages, Facebook posts, Instagram messages and emails to keep you on track.
