He is very knowledgeable and attentive, and built the session around our asks for which areas needed the most attention/stretching/etc. He follows classic Pilates format, which is my preference, and we had a great workout. His cues, corrections, and reminders to stay attuned to breathing and what your body is doing were very helpful. Our session was on our final day in Key Largo- else we would have booked additional classes! The studio is immaculate with reformers and cadillacs. You still get savasana at the end (thank goodness) as well as a shoulder adjustment. For someone looking for more breathing, meditation, and longer time spent in poses, this would likely not be the best fit, however as someone who enjoys movement and exercise, I really enjoyed this class. The studio itself is located upstairs in a strip mall. There is a restroom but no water fountain/refill station. Drop-in classes are $20, which is pretty standard, however there is also a mat rental fee of $2 which I wish they waive for people visiting from out of town who didn't have space in their carry-on for a yoga mat.

I visited Froggy's Fitness on a Sunday with my family of four. I've been to the Keys many times…read moreover the years and even worked out at this gym in the past. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. When I asked about daily fees, I was told it was $25 per person per day. I was shocked at the price and politely asked if there were any discounts for locals. The front desk person rudely asked if it was my first time in the Keys. I told him no, I've been coming here for years and had never paid such exorbitant rates. He dismissively said, "That's the price." I then showed him the gym's own website, which listed $10 per day and even offered a 20% discount for teachers, police, firefighters, and students. I explained that I am a firefighter, my wife is a teacher, and my two kids are students. He refused to honor either the online price or the discounts and rudely told me, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This level of unprofessionalism and false advertising is unacceptable. Not only was the staff rude, but they also refused to honor their own published prices and discounts. I will never return here and cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I sincerely hope the ownership re-trains their staff on customer service and integrity, because right now, this gym is doing a disservice to both locals and visitors.

So make sure you call in and mention you saw their online discount...they knock off $5. A complete gear rental package was $30...pretty good equipment except for the fins. Their boat is docked right next to their office so no long haul there. They usually have 2 dives per day...a morning and midday departure. Being from the west coast, I needed the sleep time and opted for the afternoon departure. Being such a good price meant there was a trade off...here it meant, if you're a certified diver, then you're not getting a dive guide with you. They paired me up with a couple other guys...none of us were sharp on underwater navigating so we had to surface to get our bearings a couple times. But the site we were taken to, weren't very deep anyway. The dive sights were OK, but nothing to brag about. Overall, I liked OD and would use them again if I'm in the area again.
