Funks Grove is a multi-generational business that has been sugaring maple in Illinois for well over 100 years. According to the Funks Grove online website, production of maple sirup goes all the way back to the 1820s soon after Isaac Funk chose this location for his homestead. Still in the family, these wonderful people are keeping alive a delicious taste of early American culture.
