This company is bad news! Stay away! I had them install epoxy flooring in my garage and below is a list of what happened: 1) They took several days to install the epoxy flooring. 2) They didn't use a vacuum on their diamond grinder and covered my garage and all my belongings in dust. 3) They would tell me a specific time that they were going to show up at the house each day and arrive 2-3 late, and on one occasion didn't even bother to show up. 4) The rubber foot moldings that they installed around the perimeter of my garage are all starting to peel off now and I have to re-do them. 5) They never actually completed the job 100%. They were supposed finish up my steps, but after calling them to come back over and finish they disappeared. I tried contacting them several times but the phone was disconnected. Bad company. Stay away. They put down the epoxy floor and at first it looked great. Then it started to crack and chip. At first he told me he would come to fix it and then he convinced me to wait until next year. The next spring I called and his phone was out of service. I called for months and finally got though. When I finally got through, Ron was rude and belligerent on the phone. Once again he kept trying to push off the repair. I finally gave up. I heard he started another company. If it is an epoxy flooring company with a guy named Ron and his brother, run away. I had to pay someone else to fix his issues. I would totally rate this company a 0 star company, this guy took a 4500 down payment on my garage and basement and I haven't heard from him since. I've also went and filed a police report with Macomb county sheriffs and I am suing him. This is a horrible horrible person. read more

I told him I would if he fixed the problem if chipping all around the garage. Well, one appointment he didn't come because if the weather. He did call to reschedule to come on Wednesday, June 5th. He never came and didn't call. I called him on June 8th to call me. I also told him I would write this review if he didn't return my call. Well, here it is. I am Updating my review as Ron came and fixed the floors. As per him the floors wouldn't be slippery any more, but real test will be in winter when Snow arrives. But at least he came and fixed the floor. He said he added more traction to the floor. I really hope this time its not an ice rink in winter. Still no resolution! Ronie and I agreed on restitution but I haven't heard anything in a week. Disappointing! He said on January 29th he was waiting for one of his job's payment and that it would be 1-2 weeks, but still no restitution or contact. You would think that it would have cleared by now. On April 12, 2018 we had Rock Solid Epoxy Flooring finish our 2 car garage. Our project contact was Ron. We were very pleased with the overall job with the exception of the large overspill at the entrance of our garage. To be exact, this is a sloppy and unsightly draining of excess epoxy, that should have been contained during their process. We addressed this with the crew at the time and were assured that they would return to remove this mess, and make our garage project perfect. Be warned, if using this company that they will not return. Ron was texted 24 times regarding fixing the pool of epoxy. His responses consisted of making numerous appointments that were not met with no call or apology, sorted apologies followed thereafter when he was contacted, and then the endless excuses between March 23 and May 21. He was then contacted direct by phone, and again by text up to June 1st. More promises that were never fulfilled. Do not do business with this this company. They are not able to produce to contract. We are very dissatisfied with the ultimate outcome, and our dealing with Ron as a business owner. read more
