I asked around for a reputable repair service and was told by a couple of local residents to go to Webster Marine. When I arrived first thing in the morning I happened to talk to Service Manager Jacob. His initial reply when I expained the situation was that they are booked three weeks out for service. When I asked where else I should look he decided to come out & take a quick look to troubleshoot if he could do it quickly. Less than 20 minutes later he found the crossthreaded/broken-off plug and had a replacement hose installed. I was on my way in less than a half hour for the price of a replacement hose. Jacob could have easily told me they couldn't help but he went above and beyond to help a customer. I hope the owners of Webster Marine Center recognize Jacob's work ethic and "customer first" attitude and realize what a great employee they have in Jacob.

During the busiest days of the year, the parking may be a bit tight, but there is always a place to park a short walk from your car. Their service department has always treated me very well. All work is high-quality and they stand behind their work. They repaired the trim gauge and it stopped working after a few weeks. They repaired the gauge right away. They care about the customer's boats stored here. After a particularly harsh winter storm, I went to check on the boat and found they had lifted the boats up to their highest position under the dock's roof to provide the best protection to the craft. I understand that sometimes one can have a bad experience with any service provider. In my case, Webster Marine has been a pleasure to deal with, do good work at an acceptable price, and care about their customers.

The houseboat had a slide on the rooftop deck that was so fun to use. We had packed food for ourselves so that we did not need to leave the houseboat for those 3 days. That way we maximized our time in the water! Would love to do this trip again!

The pricing here for a pontoon boat is one of the best you'll find in Smith Mountain. The trade off…read morefor that price is boat speed. Our boat was SLOW. Ever other boat was passing us in the lake, including every other pontoon boat. The boat itself was clean and worked well but was a bit torn up and dented in places. Only other complaint was the horn and radio not working - supposed to be used to signal danger, etc. They said we had to use the whistle instead of the horn. We asked if we could just get a different boat and the woman replied "I think none of our boats have horns that work."

They had two guys replace the awning that were just visiting the dealership that day, needless to say, they had never done it before. Just recently found where they had damaged my electrical hook up wire, taped it up & pushed it back in to trailer without saying a word. What a joke, very dishonest, beware!

Great helpful customer service from all departments here, wither it be a phone call to the office…read morefor parts to the warehouse workers picking and pulling your order. With that being said, you get what you pay. By far a long shot from OEM parts, this is oversea parts, that will make you curse and holler while trying to get them to bolt up. But, they are very very economically priced. Other than not lining up great the only other con to their parts is the sheet metal they are made out of. Most come with a very think coat of black primer and unless you get some paint on them as soon as you install or before they typically will get surface overnight. The metal is very thin. That coat of paint is important if you want it to last more than a year though, even if you coat it with a rattle can, just something to protect it until you get your finish paint on there.

The owner greeted us in his Grateful Dead shirt like a boss. I felt at home already. There was a nice little food area and ice cream spot. Some very green grass with some corn hole boards and other good vibes stuff. We decided to get some pizza and wings from the restaurant. Morgan was our server for a party of 11 and she did an excellent job. Our pizza and wings were very good. They had sweet tea, I wasn't sure if this counted as "the south" still or not but it was perfect. Our bill was only $125 for several large pies, 24 wings, and mostly sodas. Will be back next time we are on the lake!
