The last couple of times we have gone have been disappointing. This past time there was only one other table seated. We got our hibachi, which wasn't quickly, 15-20 minutes before our sushi. By that point we ended up taking it to go which never tastes as well. read more

Ordered kids steak hibachi and miso soup... got my door dash and received chicken. Soup was excellent. Called to explain the problem. Girl who answered the phone said I would have to call door dash because it was a third party problem... my receipt on the bag said kids hibachi steak medium fried rice. Does door dashers now bag the food in the kitchen? No accountability no can we fix this, just you have to call door dashers and wait till I show the portion . Great food but the rewards program stopped giving me credit for my purchases over a year ago. Toast tab responded quickly and said I would have to contact the business directly. Rock n roll Benton does not respond to any messages through the rock n roll website. They do not respond to their Facebook either. I read finally able to get an email address for the manager by phone taking several tries to get it. The manager has not responded either. Very poor customer service. read more

When R&R first opened it was fairly good. I've been back 2-3 times and each time I say it's my last. They cut their fish so thin and fill the rolls with more filling than fish. This is my last. Ever. Better options out there. read more

Food was good both times I've gone there but the service sucked the first time I went. I just thought it was because they just opened but the service I had tonight might be the worst I've ever had. I felt like the servers were trying to see how long they could go without making eye contact. How do you screw up everyone at the tables order? Can't get anyone to answer the phone "ever". My wife and I went in on a Wednesday night. Good crowd but not full. We were immediately seated. Ordered 2 drinks, chicken fried rice, and 2 sushi rolls. Drinks and chicken fried rice came out. 45 minutes later the sushi rolls still had not arrived. I paid for what we had eaten and I tipped the server because it wasn't her fault and we left. Also, I grew up on rock-n-roll and loved music videos. I do not like the after midnight videos of the 80s-90s when people pour blood on themselves especially while hoping to eat. read more

This is from a visit in February. We arrived about 6:30p. Granted we had a group ten and expected a wait. But after more than an hour and half, two of the smarter ones left making total of 8. At this point they had some tables that would work but the poor teenager was doing the best. Management seemed nonexistent or cared less. Then about after about another hour they suddenly realized. Then group with the table they wanted us on left. About 9:00 we finally got to order. It took between 45 to 60 minutes to get our food. After all of that, no one from management came to our table. The staff was either closing the restaurant or sitting at the back. The food arrived after all this time and it was cold. The quality of the food other than being cold was good.
