It was sliced and then fried so each piece was covered in tempura batter, then topped with three sauces. -Seafood Special roll for $8. This was huge and also deep fried. It was full of a cooked seafood mix, and tons of yum yum sauce inside. Then again topped with three sauces. -Hibachi veggies is the best deal I have ever found. It is an assortment of al-dente veggies and a ton of fried rice, it filled the entire to-go container and its only $6! I definitely get two full meals out of this. Its pretty bland, though. So, mixing everything, adding soy sauce, and adding the free yum yum sauce it comes with is a must. -Hibachi steak is just like the hibachi veggies with a handful of steak added. I ordered it med-rare, but it was a little overdone and not very flavorful. I wouldn't get this again, but heard the shrimp is good!

Tonight I just didn't feel like cooking. The power had been out the better part of the day and I was craving something yummy and quick. I've driven past Senshi Hibachi Express for 11 months on a multitude of occasions and never had an opportunity to stop. Tonight was the night Egged on by the employees from the Honda dealership next-door who raved about everything they've ever eaten there, I decided to give it a whirl and went with her steak and shrimp combo. I should've taken a picture *before I began devouring it*, but I was wildly and pleasantly surprised when the sweet lady who waited on me, asked how I wanted my steak cooked. Really? This is a food truck, I really didn't expect much of a steak, but when it showed up the steak was perfectly medium rare and really nice quality meat. There were four huge shrimp that were at least two bites a piece, 20+ juicy flavorful bites of steak and with the rice and stirfry vegetables the flavor explosion was rounded out with their exceptional yummy sauce. I don't know what's in that stuff but it's like crack, and this was a heck of a deal! Not only that, but this is some of the best Asian influenced food that I've had in quite some time. Moist, delicious and loaded with flavor. I know I'm going to butcher the lady's name that works the food truck, but I believe it's Ariani ? Either way, be sure and stop in there, say hello and fill your empty belly to overflowing while satisfying your taste buds because I guarantee you will not be disappointed
