This place lives up to the "country store" name because they sell bulbs for flowers, candles, souvenirs and home design items. They said they could do an exchange, but that it would be two weeks before they had the replacement. I said okay. I called two weeks later to check in, was told another 2 weeks. Called again at 4 weeks, was told another 2 weeks. It's been 2 months now. They've stopped answering my calls. Word of advice on customer service: under promise and over deliver. I would've rather been told 2 months ago that you may never stock that shirt again, or that you're unsure when your supplier will come through, or that you don't do exchanges but I can buy another. Being led along with false promises is far more disappointing.

Problem is, I purchased this in May while we were here -- and found out 7-8 weeks later, when the t-shirt was returned, that it was the wrong size: the receipt of the purchase was in Arizona. The staff was unable to provide the correct size in less than 2 weeks, and I would be back in Arizona by then. I was willing just to give the t-shirt back to them, as it has no use or purpose for me. They allowed for an exchange, which was very nice of them: I wouldn't blame them if they said "No receipt, no refund exchange" -- and they'd be well within their rights to do so. Thank you!
