Had the pleasure of working with Dan @Unitedshootingsolutions this week…read more I would highly recommend United Shooting Solutions for first time shooters, as well as experienced marksmen that would like to improve on their skillset, or develop a new one. Dan is the "man" and from start to finish we felt we were in great hands. He made us feel extremely safe and his teaching style allowed us to accomplish skills we had not thought possible. His one on one class format provides the opportunity to learn how to operate your firearm safely in potential real world situations. One on one instructions is definitely the way to go, as he customizes he teaching to your specific needs. He also made it fun! We had the best day! Cant recommend him enough. Thanks, Dan!

Dan was very detailed and went through various aspects of safety and gun handling before we started with the actual course. He looked at every aspect from how I held the pistol and helped me learn how to detect problems in the way I was shooting and how to correct them. We started with the very basics and Dan did not rush me. When he felt I was comfortable with the very basics, he gradually increased the complexity and which helped me improve my skill. The best part was that it was 1:1, so I had enough time to ask questions and he was more than willing to answer them and explain more. I will surely be going for the next course after I practice more of what I have learned! I will highly recommend Dan for first time shooters for sure and also experienced marksman.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone thinking about getting proper certification for concealed carry.

My original plan was to try out 2-3 instructors, then decide who I felt was the best fit for me in the sense of training style and personality. After my first session with Ben, my plans changed. It didn't take long to realize he is extremely knowledgable, but more importantly, his process of teaching makes you feel comfortable and speeds up the learning process. I thoroughly enjoy working with him, and am purchasing more sessions to train with him weekly to improve my skills.

As a person who has been to many firearms classes, is an instructor and a CRSO, this was one of the worst...ever. Literally, my mouth fell open on two occasions and I almost left both times. It was just awful. We were asked to leave comments on cards...our entire group of 14. We did not. There was no fixing it so what was the point? When you call and get the announcement it says "Idaho's Premier/Foremost/Best Training Facility ". That is not true, but it would be even more sad if it was. I cannot emphasize enough...it was such a disappointment and actually pretty sad because it has massive potential.

The teacher Raul was the most poorly trained instructor I have ever had in any firearms instruction. He was disorganized he seemed confused. We were rushed through the live firearm training. It was very basic training. Far too much of the time was spent hearing about how amazing he is. How much he has done through his life with different police departments. It was not worth the money spent.

We left with a greater appreciation for the work these K9 teams do, and our kids haven't stopped talking about it. We highly recommend checking them out--we'll definitely be back!

It was comprehensive, entertaining, and educational all while maintaining a 'lite' feel. There was a wide array of attendees ranging from complete new gun owners to those with moderate firearms experience. There was no pressure, 'judging', or intimidation from Klaus or fellow students. Klaus is surprisingly funny, and I found the guest speaker (an Idaho State Police Investigator) who spoke about Idaho laws and the use of deadly force to be especially interesting. The range time was held at Impact Guns. It's an excellent facility- clean, helpful employees, and our range marshal was very helpful. My wife just took his Basic Pistol Safety Class, and I am already enrolled in American Firearms Academy's AR-15 Level 1 Class and another Level 2 class occasionally offered. Enjoy his "nuggets"!
