It is now 11:30 am (AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THEY SHOULD BE OPEN), and someone has just barely answered my call. When they picked up, they had no clue what they were doing. I now have to wait for them to call me back after they call their boss. I am frustrated and likely not coming back, since I needed my dry cleaning as early as possible and they couldn't even bother to show up to work on time.

More realistically is that he didn't quite trust me to do it, and that's fine because this totally gets me off the hook. Anyway, the shirts came back in a timely fashion and were beautifully cleaned and presented on fresh hangers with protective coverings. I also received a bag containing the collar stays, which I thought was cool, because I forgot they were in there. While I was in the facility, I realized that you could also have alterations done right there! And since it was my first time, I was told of many of the services provided, much like when you eat at a restaurant and they tell you the specials of the evening... At the end of the experience, when I picked up my shirts and paid for them. I definitely felt like I paid a lot of money but at the same time, I'm a fairly thrifty kind of gal and that probably lends itself to why I feel that way, because really, they did a great job. And for what they provided, it probably was a fair price.
