They do have a parking lot for visitors Once you go inside, the place really opens up and is a large smoking lounge. The humidor is right when you walk in. Then after that you enter another large rooms with tvs scattered around with couches and chairs around each tv area. This is really nice so everyone does not have to sit in one seating area.. So if you want to try to talk... join a group- if you want to smoke and read or watch tv... go to another area. There is also a back room that had a tv and some couches. They have a full bar as well. I did not have much interaction with the staff so no feedback to give on them, but if i am in the area again. I will definitely stop in!

The bartender did pop out to check on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating and gave us a cool trucker hat to auction off! The charity was First Fruit Ministry so they received tons of donations and Cape Fear Customs raised over $900 for them! Great night, fun, funky spot!!

I told her I was trying to decide between two cigars. She then began asking me questions I presume to help me choose however what was frustrating was her description of the cigars seemed pretty inaccurate. Not to mention I had stated something I liked about a certain cigar and she went to correct me. I found it amusing because on the cigar manufacturing website they clearly state what tobacco is used, and that was the tobacco I referenced but persistent to argue with me about it. After dropping it because it was clear she didn't understand what she was talking about, I asked for a more cigars with the tobacco leaf I was looking for. She then proceeded to recommend me cigars not even close... idm people not having knowledge but she was pretentious without even having the proper facts. Not to mention i felt pressured to make a decision as she stood in the humidor and watched me as I was browsing. As far as price, meh, it's not the most expensive place but it sure as hell is not the cheapest either. You'll have better luck going online or to the Smoker Friendly in Leland.
