Laura cussed while my daughter was there waiting till my haircut was done…read more Laura messed up my haircut while full of attitude. I clearly told her from the start I wanted the sides cut all the way up to the top line -- no fade -- with a specific length and cut on top. She started fading one side anyway. I stopped her mid-cut and corrected her. "The top is going to hang over" she said. I told her thats fine. She switched to cutting it all the way up like I asked, but left the line uneven where the sides meet the top. When I pointed out it was uneven, she said it looked fine to her and didn't fix it. She finished, barely cleaned the hair off me, gave a quick blow-over, and charged me $25. I still tipped her $5. Came back the next day to get it fixed. The other stylist saw me, left me sitting there while she went to the bathroom, then came back and knew I was there the day before and refused to fix it, saying it was Laura's responsibility. I walked out. Won't be back.
