Frankly the guy was an a**hole and many guests at the funeral mentioned it. Funeral was prepaid or we would have walked out. Even prepaid, they couldn't get it right! When there was a big loss in my family this fall, my sisters and I worked with Bill Cutler, Sr. to make the needed arrangements. He was patient, kind, sympathetic, and explained all of our options. The family chooses the details but they make sure it happens from prayer cards, to the program, catering, etc. We had our luncheon following the service there on the property so no one had to leave to drive somewhere else. A nice feature is that memorial services are broadcast livestream so family overseas were able to witness the service in real time. The link is live for 30 days. What I didn't know beforehand is that they offer grief support groups regularly with licensed professionals. It's a safe place to talk about your loved one and grief in an accepted place where other people get it.
