First of all they picked up my deceased grandmother in an old suv with mulch in the back and they looked like they just came out of the garden. No suit. They were terribly late getting the obit up and therefore people didn't know when the funeral was and were late sending flowers. But if you are late sending, like some were, then the director will yell at the poor delivery man for "cutting it close" on delivery and this will be done in front of family. They clearly didn't edit the obit or programs either as many names were misspelled. They were also terribly unorganized about everything. To top it all off we followed the hearse, with our grandma in it, and the guy could not drive. All over the road, for several miles, with his blinker on, for no reason. Merely giving my grandma one hell of a last ride. If you want anything close to professional, this is not the place.
