Robs Rides is a gem. Hosted my aunt and cousin in town over New Year's. Because it was a holiday, drivers were not working so Rob picked up my aunt and cousin from LAX himself. Our flight was 45 min early and he tracked our flight and came right on time even though we were planning on waiting for our original pick up time. We sent out a request to several different transport/chauffeur services and Rob Rides responded within a few minutes. I choose Rob's Rides because of the prompt and friendly response from customer service and the quality to cost ratio of the available vehicles. On the day of travel the man Rob himself showed up in a beautiful Tesla Model X. He waited patiently for us as we were running a bit late and loaded the bags carefully into the vehicle with a surprising amount of room to spare. Rob's appearance and conduct was very professional and at the same time exuded an approachable easy to talk to demeanor and indeed was quite nice to talk to on a variety of subjects all the way to the airport. The vehicle was immaculate it looked like it had been detailed that very morning. Rob's driving was smooth and courteous, not rushed or impatient.
