While he is not the cheapest game in town, the quality of his work is excellent and it was worth it. He's very creative and came up with great options to our storage problems. He showed up at 1, 2 in the afternoon. We have two small kids and having to navigate dinner times and the day with all his supplies etc. He would never communicate. We wouldn't even know until we texted him to see what was going on all the while this dumpster we were paying for a certain amount of time sat in our driveway. He was very sloppy. He left cement and various other materials all over the driveway and side of the house. He subcontracted out the floors which are the only thing that has held up but proceeded to not put tarps down on the new floors while he worked on the bathroom. We are still finding spots of spackle he stepped on. The grout on the floor is cracking in the first bathroom he did. There is caulk all over the threshold marble. Lastly he has been back to fix the tile in the master bath shower twice. The grout keeps cracking and flaking off. We chose a patterned subway tile and he never even scattered the pattern. He put the same patterned tiles right next to each other. He started the tile from the top down which we have been told several times by other professionals that should not have been done that way. We contacted him a third time because it's happening again prior to the warranty expiring. Now he only wants to offer a 90 day warranty on his work. He does not stand by his work and has never apologized. I worked in the apartment industry for years and we still had bathrooms from the 50s with pink tile that stood the test of time. There is no reason that grout and tile if installed correctly should fail 3 times in under a year. At one point the tiles were falling off the wall and here we are again the grout is just falling off when water hits it. He blames the grout. Never his installation of the grout. He takes no responsibility for his workmanship. We paid a lot of money for a new bathroom and here we are a year later with shotty work and a contractor unwilling to stand by his workmanship. On top of all of this while he worked here he routinely took phone calls from his kids and screamed obscenities at them while in the house with myself and my children right there. Do not hire.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using All New Tub & Tile…read more Homeowners considering All New Tub & Tile for fiberglass shower or tub repairs should make sure they clearly understand the warranty terms and how potential failures will be handled. I hired the company to repair a crack in a fiberglass shower pan. The quote was provided based only on photos I sent, without the owner or any company representative inspecting the job in person beforehand. On January 25, 2026, before agreeing to the work, I specifically confirmed with the company that the repair would be reinforced and covered by a written lifetime warranty. I also asked whether there could be additional costs if more damage was discovered during the repair so there would be no surprises. Based on those representations, I agreed to move forward and paid for the repair in full. The work was completed on January 28, 2026. Unfortunately, less than one month later, the repaired area cracked again in essentially the same location. On February 23, 2026, I contacted the company about the failure. Instead of repairing the issue under the warranty that had been discussed prior to the work, I was told the repair would only be addressed if I agreed to additional invasive work and additional charges. I made several attempts to resolve the situation and even offered to have any potential underlying issues evaluated separately. However, the company declined to proceed unless I agreed in advance that both the new repair and the original repair would not be covered under warranty. During that conversation the owner stated that we could "go to court." For transparency, I have attached screenshots. After posting a review, the owner sent me a text message demanding that I remove the review by 5:00 PM and stating that I would be sued for $3,000 plus attorney fees if it was not taken down. This review reflects my personal experience with this repair and the warranty discussions that occurred prior to the work being done. I have since had the shower pan repaired by another contractor. During that repair the previous patch was removed and the area was inspected. The contractor who completed that repair was not able to identify a "rotted pan" that had previously been suggested as a possible cause. I am sharing this review simply to document my experience and the timeline of events so that other homeowners can make an informed decision.
