They were too busy on their flip phones to talk to me for a good 15 minutes while i walked around and almost slipped on the water on the concrete floor. My friends and our dates rented an Escalade limo for twelve people and we were provided with FOUR sodas and FOUR waters. The ice was dirty and was on some of the seats. There were also skittles on the worn-out leather seats. Very dirty. We were promised a "red carpet" on the contract but we were not given one. This didnt matter to me but its an example of one of their lies. There is no way to charge your phone in the limo and the intercom with the driver was broken. Our driver asked for the payment right at the beginning of the service in cash, obviously to avoid taxes, and this was not part of our signed contract. Pros: Our driver drove just fine. There is good AC in the limo and we made it to our destination in expected time. The price for our limo was 495 dollars which was cheaper than any other limo we could find. For the service we got for the price, we are happy. If you are looking for a cheaper limo that still gives a good experience, lions is fine. If you want high end service; STAY AWAY FROM LIONS

Last night, we used them again for a Noah Kahan concert at the Rose Bowl, and our driver Lila made the whole night easy. The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions.
