We used Riz Transportation for our wedding last weekend and would highly recommend! We were a little stressed out trying to figure out transportation logistics for our guests, as our ceremony and reception venue were about ~8 miles apart. Working with Riz Transportation took all the stress away! We ended up booking a large guest shuttle and a sprinter van for wedding party/VIPs. We transported guests from the hotel to the venue and then to the reception. Riz was very responsive during the planning process! Day of, the drivers were both early and got everyone where they needed to be on time. I only personally interacted with the driver of the sprinter van, but he was so friendly! He had a wedding playlist queued and offered to put on any music we wanted. He blasted the AC and made sure we were all comfortable. Great value and great customer service! read more

I rarely ever take the time to write a review unless I really think that something is so outstanding that other people need to know about it. We have used Riz to travel to and from LAX and also to the ports for our cruises. The service has always been right on time (in fact, they are always early and waiting there for us plenty of time before we arrive), the drivers are always very polite, their driving is safe and the vehicles are always modern and comfortable to travel in. It is such a relief to land at the airport after a long trip and to have a text message waiting for that your driver that is already waiting for you; ready to take you home. When I have texted the drivers, they respond immediately and are very friendly. It's like getting a ride from a friend that you know you can always count on. Riz is the only service I will use now. I recently reserved a suburban/expedition platinum for a reasonable price (115.00) one way for a wedding 9/1/18; when the driver arrived he was in a 3-series BMW which was not what i ordered . The driver was very apologetic and tried his best to help me. I received a refund and the company did everything reasonable to make up for my inconvenience. I received a free ride , no questions asked it was a nice experience. I booked Riz Limo to pick up my dad from LAX and take him home. They met him at baggage claim, helped him with his luggage, and according to my father, did a fantastic job. My dad is elderly and doesn't have a cell phone, but the driver texted me when she arrived at the airport and then again when she met him. This gave me enormous peace of mind that he was in good hands. A great option for family members when they need an extra hand or do not have access to Uber or Lyft. So I tried Riz Limo again this last trip because the last time, even though it was a pain to get in contact with them, their driver was really cool. Unfortunately this time the service was horrible. Now before I complain about this. I did have a fault in this and I did make an error on my arrival date. While I am coming back from Japan on March 18th 00:05am. I thought I would be in Los Angeles on March 18th 6pm. Little did I know my actual arrival date is March 17th 6pm instead. Needless to say there is a problem when I arrived at LAX so I called up Riz limo to see if I can get a pick up on March 17th instead. At first they picked up and said they tried to find me a car but then I got hung up on. So of course I called back to see if they found anything. But as soon as I called back. The guy who answered the phone immediately gave me an attitude saying he's in the middle of calling his driver than just changed his mind right away and said there are no one. Obviously he is lying. You don't just pick up the phone and say you are doing it with an annoyed tone and then suddenly say he found no one a few second later. Maybe he was having a bad day or he found me annoying because I got my date wrong. But he had no problem taking my deposit of $85 and left me with no ride. While I won't be mad about the deposit as I knew this was a possibility. i am mad that he gave me an attitude and basically told me to fuck off. This company I think doesn't care about their customer. If you give them a bit extra work, they will just give you an attitude and take your money. At least that's my experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone that expect a good experience with them. Both time contacting them was a pain. This seem to be the downfall of this company. I don't give many 1 star reviews but this company deserve it. Take my advice. Find another limo company! read more

I have used their service 3 times now as I have had to fly down to the area to help family. I have to say after the first experience I stopped looking at other services. I have no idea if they are priced high or low. I know you get what you pay for and this is so worth it. I love that they let you know who is picking you up the day before and they check in the day of. I'm really thankful they text as this trip I was at work when I was contacted and would not have been able to answer a call. The drivers have all been amazing. I'm a bit awkward so I do feel bad for not being chatty, but small talk and I don't do so well. PERFECT. That's the only way to describe it, everyone was friendly, safe, and most importantly, on time. We (6 of us) spent a few days in LA at Disneyland and stayed in Anaheim. We needed transportation to and from LAX, and we decided to spend a day in Hollywood, so we needed transportation up to that area as well. Prices were extremely reasonable (and in fact much cheaper than most of the other comparable services) and I received a 15% discount just for calling in to book the trips! Had a slight problem connecting with someone on the phone, but left a message and received a call back soon. The guy on the phone was very nice and helpful. Our drivers--Meeler, Desiree, and Cesar--were excellent! They texted me before they left to come pick us up, were prompt, helped us with our bags, were friendly, and were safe drivers. They even got us to each place early! After a change of plans one night, Cesar was kind enough to pick us up about an hour early too. The highest compliment I can give is that we had ZERO issues and didn't think twice about the transportation, it was completely seamless! So I booked Riz Limo to pick me up from LAX, it was pretty frustrating from the beginning I had a Brenda call me to let me know they can not fulfill my request, fine I started looking for another service 15 mins later I get an email confirmation that my pick up is confirmed so I called back and she said indeed it is confirmed, ok good I no longer have to look then it hit me she never asked me for my flight number so I call back and gave it to her. My biggest issue with them is they don't track flights or they would have known that my flight came in 20 mins earlier than expected. I then waited for the driver 25 mins outside. Once he got there it was smooth sailing offered me bottled water, clean BMW, smelled nice he was absolutely great. Driver deserves 5 stars alone but the business in general really needs to step it up. read more

So I decided to ignore the bad reviews (check them out on Trip Advisor) because overall you can't please everybody. So I gave Wagner and his team the benefit of the doubt and made a reservation which I paid for months in advance of the service date. Unfortunately, travel restrictions due to COVID caused my trip to be cancelled. I emailed Wagner about 2 weeks in advance to cancel....no response. OK, figured he would just cancel and process my refund. Nope. Emailed him again a couple days after the contracted service date ...no response. He never reached out on the service date when we weren't there, so it's not like he was expecting us and thought we were a no show. He knew we weren't coming. Called...kicks me straight to voicemail. So I notice the trend on reviews is he's great unless you need to cancel. Then they apparently just dodge your calls/emails and keep your money. That has certainly been my experience like so many others on Trip Advisor said before me. I guess having learned that you never know what could come up, you better make sure you are doing business with companies that are easy to work with should you need to cancel. People are going to be more wary of unexpected cancellations going forward. I'd think twice about booking with Riz because if something does happen and you can't travel, you're going to be out the money he took from you. read more

Riz Limo was SO accommodating with last minute changes. The SUV was clean and non-smoking. They provide you with the Driver's contact info so you can communicate with them directly. The flight was delayed and they were kind enough to rearrange everything to still be able to meet my family.
