DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!
This business used to be called Robs Clock Repair and Restoration. The name may have been changed due to complaints.
My experience is that after 5 months of my clock sitting in his shop untouched or looked at, I wanted my clock back. After he told me that 'I can just take my clock if I want'-he got angry. He roughly picked my clock up and shoved it at me, then said 'Get the F$CK OUT A$$HOLE'. and slammed the door as I left.
I would not complain about Robert Deal for not even looking at my clock for months. When I brought it in he said it was difficult to work on. That clock may have may have been above his skill level or maybe it could not even be repaired. I am very reasonable, and understand. However yelling vulgaritys and slamming the door loud enough to where my wife heard them while waiting in the car 100 feet away is not professional and beyond rude. I'm happy I didn't have children with me, didn't get injured, or have the clock smashed with his temper tantrum. In hindsight, I strongly recommend NOT dealing with this business.
