No greeting, no hello, no "can I help you" as we shopped. My daughter found a sweatshirt, tried it on and went to pay. Clerk could not get the safety tag off. It took 10 minutes. No apology, thanks for your patience, etc. Once tag was removed she rang up the sale. Didn't give my daughter the total. My daughter paid and realized she was charged full price. Told the clerk the piece was on sale (which was clearly marked on the tag). No apology or recognition of a mistake. Great selection of clothing, however. If service would have been better I would have considered trying on more clothes. We will not return. Very disappointing.

Once I walked inside my opinion changed. The girl running the register looked over at me as I entered the store but said nothing just looked away and went on with her day. I know there is a size guide so after a bit of looking around I tried tracking an associate down to find out the specs on the sizing guide. I approached an gal asking if she worked there she made no eye contact with me but said yes. I asked her about where I may find a size guide she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes then rushed quickly up to the register to grab a size guide. She came back over to me quickly explained sizing and went back to restocking. I definitely was not trying to be irritating or annoying by asking questions but I wasn't sure where else to find the size guide. I looked around a bit more; while doing so the same Associate did ask if I needed a room so I handed my items to her. When I was ready to try on I had no clue where the items were so I again asked the same girl she grabbed my items off the rack put them in a room and walked away. At this point I didn't feel much like trying anything on as all the excitement I had walking up to the store was completely gone and I was strongly regretting my decision to waste my gas and time being there.
