A man in a tan cowboy hat was so patient and knowledgeable about helping us choose the best hat for my husband. One of the female employees talked with my daughter about her horse the whole time she sized the hat because she was sad about not getting boots. Once I walked inside my opinion changed. The girl running the register looked over at me as I entered the store but said nothing just looked away and went on with her day. I know there is a size guide so after a bit of looking around I tried tracking an associate down to find out the specs on the sizing guide. I approached an gal asking if she worked there she made no eye contact with me but said yes. I asked her about where I may find a size guide she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes then rushed quickly up to the register to grab a size guide. She came back over to me quickly explained sizing and went back to restocking. I definitely was not trying to be irritating or annoying by asking questions but I wasn't sure where else to find the size guide. I looked around a bit more; while doing so the same Associate did ask if I needed a room so I handed my items to her. When I was ready to try on I had no clue where the items were so I again asked the same girl she grabbed my items off the rack put them in a room and walked away. At this point I didn't feel much like trying anything on as all the excitement I had walking up to the store was completely gone and I was strongly regretting my decision to waste my gas and time being there. I tried on one item and had 1 item I wanted to purchase but I ended up putting my things away and leaving; of course without acknowledgement. All in all I was very very disappointed.

The quality here has been amazing, and the suits all looked absolutely perfect! Although I was not directly involved, I was looped in on a few emails as they made sure each Groomsmen had an appointment when needed. They did a great job of following up with 7 different schedules, all living out of town! I only came in once to pick up our final items, and the shop was incredible! It has a very professional feel, with soft music, plenty of space, and a very aesthetic look. The customer service was also exceptional-- I did not have to wait long for our four remaining items, and the employee graciously offered to carry these to my vehicle with me. Although this shop may be pricier than alternatives, we had a great experience, and all of the suits will last longer than lower quality shops! Highly recommend this spot!
