I was there during their busy 4th of July weekend and the owner, even though she was busy changing out the displays to match the season, took a few minutes to help me, acquaint herself and even get to know me a little bit. What I liked MOST about this business is that is has a large selection of gently used plus size clothing. And, they are easy to find right by the front door. As a plus size gal I tend to find small, hidden sections of the clothes I need, but nope, The Second Closet celebrates our curves proudly. There were quite a few things I wanted and tried on but some of the prices held me back. They are a bit high for second hand but again, these are high quality pieces from reputable companies. I did take home a very nice, classic piece though. The service was spot on, the dressing rooms are roomy, they have women's clothes, men's, children's, some home goods and jewelry and clearance downstairs. I'll be back!

Once I walked inside my opinion changed. The girl running the register looked over at me as I entered the store but said nothing just looked away and went on with her day. I know there is a size guide so after a bit of looking around I tried tracking an associate down to find out the specs on the sizing guide. I approached an gal asking if she worked there she made no eye contact with me but said yes. I asked her about where I may find a size guide she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes then rushed quickly up to the register to grab a size guide. She came back over to me quickly explained sizing and went back to restocking. I definitely was not trying to be irritating or annoying by asking questions but I wasn't sure where else to find the size guide. I looked around a bit more; while doing so the same Associate did ask if I needed a room so I handed my items to her. When I was ready to try on I had no clue where the items were so I again asked the same girl she grabbed my items off the rack put them in a room and walked away. At this point I didn't feel much like trying anything on as all the excitement I had walking up to the store was completely gone and I was strongly regretting my decision to waste my gas and time being there. I tried on one item and had 1 item I wanted to purchase but I ended up putting my things away and leaving; of course without acknowledgement. All in all I was very very disappointed.

Went into this dump thinking January is plenty of time to get suits for my fiance and 3 groomsmen, 3 kiddos. I had zero clue I was going regret stepping foot into this shop. They walk around with their measuring tapes, grabbing jackets off their racks and then taking down our requests - or at least that is what i thought.... Perfect! Easy! Then the problem starts when the suits come in. Guys come back to get more measurements, and still not correct. One groomsmen went in 4 times. FOUR! Color ties not correct, shirts terrible fit and all the shirts would have been a different shade , kids out fits not even ordered and then when they came in total wrong shade -blames the website, hard to color match lol... why order from a company you dont have their color swatches from is beyond me! Uncles suit given to him wrinkled, same thing wrong size shirt, tie, charged my uncle for shoe rental and clearly told Logan that he did not want the shoe rental. Not one person in my party had their suit right. Why is it that jackets off the rack fit but then when actually ordered and come in they don't? What is the point of measurements/tailoring, and they STILL are not correct I wrote an email on the shannons website on my stress because of all of this mess I was just finding out about in April and wedding is in May. One thing that Andrew has done right, was contacting me right away to tell me he will get things fixed, and compensate for gas money for everyone coming in. Annnd that never happen but okay. Owner Andrew doesn't take accountability and blames his "new" 2 year employee of the errors. And that Logan is doing his best, blah blah blah. It's called bad business, and not properly keeping your documents and measurements together sir. Either someone is hard of hearing, color blind or just doesn't give a shit about their customers and just wants the money from it. Not once did I see Andrew tell Logan, hey this is what we need to do and how to order, measure, etc with weddings. Nope. 2 year "new" employee is not going to learn and also you need to stop putting blame on someone when you yourself were the one taking the measurements in January. He did refunded for the kids outfits, and uncles shirt., ties were reordered correctly -(finally) guess I didn't realize how much talent that takes to order the right dang tie, thought that would be the easiest thing for these professionals. Lastly, Andrew proudly threw in $100 for my stress and $50 for the grooms shirt. Oh letting us borrow the kids bow ties so they can somewhat match, since I had to look myself for their outfits. I was not going to risk the reorder being wrong again based off of the stuggles he has with his new emplyee, and himself getting orders and colors wrong. Well as you are reading, still very upset and disappointed. Groomsmen suits should all be fitted, like the suits were made for them because isnt that what all of the measurements were for and tailoring? Groomsmen are fed up, tired of coming in to this shop, just for the tailoring to be wrong. NOT how I would expect going to a professional place. If you are wedding planning and need suits go to a Department store, or any place is your best bet. Do NOT come here. You will regret it and have thousands of dollars in professional wedding photography done to remind you of how terrible Shannon's formalwear is. *mic drop

Fleet feet sells great quality running shoes including brands like brooks, hokas, adidas and more. They also have running gear, sun glasses, shirts, leggings, vests, you name it. The main reason for my visit today was to get insoles for my shoes since I have high arch's. They have technology for customers to stand on to help find the right insole for you. Vikki did an amazing job helping me find what I needed. She had me try on a handful of sizes and brands to make sure I found ones that I was satisfied with. She also explained the run club to me since I had questions about it. Thanks to Vikki for outstanding customer service. If you want to take running seriously, I strongly recommend coming here. The value and quality of their products are worth the money.
