I used Robles video for my wedding in July of 2007. They claimed to have HD quality video at the time and that was the big driver for using them and paying the extra fee for HD. I had to buy the original tapes at $200 dollars and then they charged me to do our after reception interview. Robles took 5 months to deliver a sub par quality video, when we were viewing it we noticed that they stopped recording during my wedding vows and started up a few seconds later. Initially they said they had to do it to change tapes, but later told us they accidentally hit the power button. Instead of their experienced videographer Scott, we got a student who showed up 20 minutes late, this is time Robles would not refund us for because "He was in traffic." We demanded they fix the video, it took another 4 months to get updated copies. The editing quality looks as if they used iMovie to do the production. They asked for a lot of pictures for a montage and we sent them more then they asked for so they would have options, the lowest quality picture was 2048x1583. Now that Blu Ray is a dominate HD disk I decided to get our wedding video onto HD. Turns out they encoded it 480 on the tape so it is barely HD quality. Also the pictures look terrible on a large screen, once on a Dual Layer DVD (Didn't need Blu Ray because it is so small), the picture quality is a little pixelated on my montage. So really I did not get what I was promised. Moral of the story is get all the details in writing. Robles will do everything they can to charge extra, they will lie to you and hope you forget. When you bring issues to their attention they are arrogant and tell you that it cannot be avoided. It can be, don't use Robles. read more

My husband suddenly passed away July 24 and this is all I have to remember and see him dance and get married to me. Robles video did a good job capturing the day and really helped choose the music that went along with the emotions in the video. Our video is very artistic yet shows the tradition and rich culture we celebrated. I can't stress now more than ever that all the money in the world was worth capturing the best day of my life on video so I could relive it again and again and especially see my husband. This is a very professional vendor and they follow and contract system so please gain an understanding of all the products and prices as changes are hard to make once the contract is written up. If you need a day or two to think over a product and the price then take that day and get back to the vendor so you are happy with your choice instead of rushing into the service and changing your mind later. So when it came time for me to hire a videographer for my wedding - there was no doubt in my mind that April was going to be the best choice. From the moment my fiancee first spoke to April about our wedding, April was enthusiastic, honest, and accommodating to our every need. She went above and beyond to email us, call us, and text us to make sure she had the details right. She even would ask us questions we didn't even consider asking to make sure she had the tools and information to give us exactly what we wanted in our wedding video. Then this pandemic happened. April reached out to me not as a business owner, not as a person shielding herself behind a contract, but as a human being who recognized that our big day was going to be impacted in a challenging way. At a time when the wedding industry as a whole is suffering, at a time when vendors are not receiving any income during their peak season, at a time where no one knows how any of this is going to play out... here was April asking us how we were doing and if she could help us in any way. Because our families are from different states and most of our close family and friends live in other states/countries (and with the international travel restrictions) we had to split up all of our events across several weekends in 2021.
