Always an amazing experience at Roblar Winery. Great food, great service, and dining outside is absolutely beautiful. The views of the garden and vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley are stunning and make the whole experience feel extra special. Whenever we're in the area, this is one of our go-to spots for dinner. For starters, we had the Farm Stand Beet & Citrus Salad, Roblar Deviled Eggs, and the Tuna Tostada--every bite was delicious. For mains, the wood-fired pepperoni and sausage pizza and the crispy pork schnitzel were both excellent. And the freshly baked cookies? Completely to die for. We enjoyed everything alongside a glass of Roblar Sangre de Dioses and their sparkling rosé, which paired perfectly. Can't recommend this place enough--consistently one of our favorites.

Top-tier luncheon experience at Roblar Winery. Stunning surroundings on a beautiful day. Food and wine was impeccable. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better we had warm cookies for dessert. I didn't want our meal to end. I hope to return ine

Food was great! Farm to table on all their dishes and that makes the flavors so amazing. I appreciate farm to table restaurants. The winery has their own farm so they also have a produce stand that sells their food. The service was also perfect. Very courteous and suggests what your palate feels like tasting/eating. We were recommended from friends to go here and they were right, Roblar is great and does not disappoint. We ate breakfast and I had the crab and asparagus hash while my husband had the harros eggplant with Baja shrimp. We both loved our dishes. Very flavorful and feels so healthy eating farm to table. We definitely recommend!! We ate inside because it was chilly and they had their beautiful fireplace lit up for everyone. The ambiance and decor inside was perfect. We would like to come back when it's warmer and eat outside in the patio as the views of the winery look amazing.

We had reservations for our friends bachelorette party and were sat inside. The atmosphere was nice and it was poppin on a Friday around lunchtime. We had the wine tasting (which was pretty good) alongside salad and charcuterie board. The staff was kind, atmosphere nice, and if we had more time and if it wasn't raining would've love to have checked the outside a bit more but all in all- I enjoyed it!

Came here for a bachelorette weekend and it was such a beautiful and lovely relaxing place. Wine tasting was very well priced and we ordered pizzas to share and they were both so delicious. Very friendly staff we thought our reservation was at 1130am but it was at 11am and they were still able to accommodate us. Very friendly staff. Cannot wait to come back.

Roblar Winery continues to be one of my favorite stops in Santa Ynez, and this visit was another reminder of why. This was my third time here, and it never fails to deliver both great food and a beautiful, relaxing setting. We came for lunch and every dish stood out. The Chef's Cobb Salad was fresh, hearty, and beautifully balanced. The blue cheese in particular really made it shine. It added just the right amount of creamy, tangy contrast without overpowering the rest of the ingredients. The Candied Bacon BLT was indulgent in the best way, but what surprised me most was the side salad. It was light, crisp, and refreshing, with a bright, almost delicate quality that oddly reminded me of the kind of simple, clean side salad you might get at a sushi restaurant. A really nice palate cleanser between bites. The Wood-fired Roblar Farm Pizza was a standout. Crispy, garlicky, and slightly smoky from the oven, with a subtle curry note that gave it a warm, aromatic depth. It almost ate like a savory garlic naan in pizza form, which made it incredibly addictive. Everything was perfectly paired with a glass of rosé and Chardonnay, and the vineyard views and open-air setting made the whole experience feel like a mini escape from everyday life. Every time I come here, I wish I could try everything on the menu, which is probably why I keep coming back. Roblar isn't just a winery, it's a place you genuinely look forward to revisiting.

Had a very enjoyable long and wine tasting experience at Roblar Winery. The Candied Bacon BLT is delicious! I had the red wine tasting and liked them all! Get the cookies for desert. They come out nice and hot!

Once again, big thanks to the Red Dining Book, I found a new favorite winery! A great winery with good food is always a huge plus for me since I'm not a big drinker. Good wines, delicious food, beautiful winery. This place is a must visit! Came here with my neighbor since she spoke fondly of Roblar, and the fact that all their food pics just look so mouth watering. The winery is on the smaller side, but they have a decent indoor tasting room, and a beautiful outdoor patio with gorgeous wisteria at this time of year. First time here I opted for a glass of 2021 petite sirah and thoroughly enjoyed it. The second time I came back with my family and went for the tasting (BOGO with the Red Dining Book). All the food we have tried here were delicious! On Thursday they have fried chicken special that comes with a side salad, and the most delicious biscuit! I'm still dreaming of that biscuit and definitely going to ask next time if I can just order the biscuits a la carte lol. Their outdoor patio also has a wonderful small garden with homegrown veggies and flowers. Great for a little stroll before or after your meal/tasting. Both times we've been here, our wait staff have been wonderful and extremely friendly. Besides the food being on a more pricey side, we really have no complaints at all. Definitely looking forward to come back here soon!

This place is pretty much everything one could hope for when looking to visit syv wine country. Friendly staff, Beautifully kept grounds with plenty of shaded areas. Good wine and food. We did a wine tasting and shared a salad, blt and tacos. Everything was good. Food overall about 4 stars but Definitely save room for the chocolate chip cookies, theyre served warm and delicious! The place was very busy but not at any point did we feel rushed. I'd say if youre looking for a nice liesurely lunch date, this is the spot. We will definitely be back!

Dinner by the fireplace tonight! Crispy pork schnitzel and wood fired Italian sausage pizza with a fantastic bottle of wine - Sangre de Diose. The pizza was baked to perfection....they know what they are doing. Delicate blend of sausage & Peperoncino for a little tickle of spice. The buttermilk mixed with juice the the lemon & mustard seeds on the schnitzel was a flavorful twist. Brian our server was helpful with suggestions and a pleasure

Elegant. Relaxing. Beautiful scenery. Excellent and knowledgeable service. My friends recommended Roblar, but their description was underrated. Great wines. Great food. The wife and I will be back.

When I called to modify my reservation a week prior to our visit and add additional guests, the staff member I spoke with was rude, sounded annoyed by my questions, and ended the call abruptly without even saying goodbye. Looking back, I should have taken that as a warning of what was to come. When we arrived for our 11:00 a.m. reservation, the host stand staff were not welcoming or friendly. I was informed that because of the size of our party (12 people), two tables could be pushed together, but we would be charged an additional $50. This had never been communicated to me during my phone call. Had I known there would be an extra charge simply to accommodate the size of our group, I would not have proceeded with the reservation. I then asked if our group could be seated at two separate tables, but was told no because the tables were in different server sections. There was no effort to offer alternatives or find a solution. The interaction felt very transactional and unaccommodating. What made this even more frustrating was that the winery was not busy. In fact, we were told it was "graduation season" and a slower weekend, so the lack of flexibility was surprising. Eventually, I suggested that we sit at one table and have a few people stand. As it turned out, the table was actually large enough for our entire group, which left me confused as to why the additional table and fee had been suggested in the first place. As we were being seated, we were informed that because of our group size, we would be doing bottle service and would not be permitted to participate in wine tastings. This was another policy that had never been mentioned when I modified my reservation. Since this was our first visit to the area, wine tasting was the primary reason we chose to visit Sunstone. At that point, we were seriously considering leaving altogether. The hosts repeatedly asked who I had spoken with on the phone, which I couldn't remember. I explained that I wasn't blaming the individual helping us at that moment, but I was disappointed that important details regarding fees and tasting restrictions had never been communicated. Thankfully, Aaron stepped in. He interrupted the conversation and offered to accommodate our group with tastings. Aaron completely changed the trajectory of our visit. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. Thanks to him, we stayed, enjoyed the wines, and ended up purchasing more than 20 bottles. The wine was great, and Aaron was exceptional. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with the staff left a lasting impression. Customer service starts long before the wine is poured, and every interaction before Aaron felt dismissive and unfriendly. The only reason I'm giving more than one star is because of Aaron. Without him, we would have left before ever tasting the wine.

IYKYK ;) **All Wine Snobs have left the Chat** *Vega Vineyard and Farm has entered the chat* Alright team Vega, sit back, kick your feet up, & just listen while I brag a little about you. It was a BEAUTIFUL November afternoon just 4 days prior to Thanksgiving. We were heading back south from Paso Robles & decided to make a little pit stop before getting all the way back home. So my wife looked up wineries in the area that were kid friendly & Vega was at the top of the list. Walking in, we noticed that they had a little restaurant right at the entrance, so we went to put our name down for a table. Unfortunately, the wait time was a little longer than we wanted to wait, only because we had the kids with us, but the hostess suggested if we didn't want to wait, that they had more food on the other end of the farm in "Pops Place". Other than the wine itself, eating the food in "Pops Place" was probably the best move we could have unintentionally made that day. (I'll explain in a bit) So we slowly made our way towards the other side of the farm/vineyard & all I can say is, what a gorgeous property it was. The farm life, the outdoors, the weather, & I was with my Fam. It couldn't have been a better day! Once we got to Pops Place, it was like we entered into a whole new world. A huge area for kids with a jungle gym, stations for outdoor games & activities, benches to sit, even private cabanas you can reserve (not sure if there is a cost) & of course a little shack to order food and wine! So remember earlier when I said eating in Pops Place was probably the best move we could have made that day, Well here are 3 reasons why! 1) We ordered the George's Greek Gyro Pita w/fries (a beef gyro with lettuce, tomato, onions & tzatziki wrapped in a pita) and.. OH. MY. GAWDDD It was so flippin' GOOD! It was so good, that I didn't even have time to snap a pic, let alone set it down after taking that 1st bite. It was complete perfection! 2) Chicken Strips & Fries from the kids menu w/a side of ranch.. Let's just say, The kids loved 'em. 3) We washed it all down w/a beautiful, crisp, perfect for a fall day, 2024 bottle of their finest ALBARIÑO. & it was, EXCELLENT!! After we sat & ate, let the kids get out all of their energy, the fun at Vega continued. From there, we headed to feed the livestock on the property (lettuce sold onsite for a few bucks). There were Chickens, Goats, Pigs, Emu's & Sheep, and the kids and myself had a blast feeding 'em. After that, we stopped off at one of their gift shops to browse all of the fun stuff. Of course, we got the kids their requested candy! The staff we interacted with while at Vega were all so kind, welcoming & made us feel apart of the extended Vega family. Because of this, we will definitely be coming back next time we pass through. So, & this is where YOU come in! The next time you are passing through Buellton, do yourself, your spouse and your kids, if you've got them, a HUGE favor: Come check out Vega Vineyard & Farm and tell me that I was right!

A few of my personal favorites were the Santa Ynez, Garlic, and Habanero olive oils. The Garlic was so outstanding that I immediately purchased a bottle to take home. It is incredibly versatile. The setting itself is just as memorable as the tasting. There is ample charming outdoor seating beside a small creek, and the gentle sound of flowing water creates a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. The vibes are truly immaculate. Inside, the shop is beautifully styled and filled with thoughtfully selected gifts and, of course, an impressive array of olive oils available for purchase. Hayley (sorry if it's spelled wrong) was especially warm and helpful, making the visit feel welcoming. They also offer WiFi, which allowed us to linger a bit longer and get some work done. It is rare to find a place that combines quality, hospitality, and atmosphere so seamlessly.
